The Scholaria Precinct project aims to transform the IUKL’s university area into a stylish oasis that encourages breaks and contemplation, aligning with the precinct's new rebranding. It includes the creation of a new university gateway, VC Square, and the IUKL Parking Park.
DESIGN STATEMENT
The Scholaria Project allows for the reinvention of the image and social dynamics of IUKL to encourage connectivity between students and different faculties and create a sense of identity exclusive to IUKL.
Our vision involves a complete transformation of the current parking lot into a green multifunctional space with sustainable landscapes, pedestrian linkages, and gathering spaces to promote interction and a sense of community.
