Great episode. Thanks for the decal.Happy Holidays!
Thanks Nelson you're very welcome! Happy Holidays!!!
Hey Gaige love your PodCasts. It’s really helping me recover from foot surgery. Look forward to 2025 season. Your marina neighbor Tony D.
"That tug is the drug." Never heard it put better or more succinctly.
I'm heading out in my 17 foot center console not long after watching this video to the end on 11/15/24 - around 9:15am. With the breeze it feels like 34 degrees. Hopefully it will be a productive day to make it worthwhile. EDIT: Went down to the boat ramp (the Stacks) and saw INCREDIBLE amounts of huge tree limbs partially submerged in the water! Hauled out three high up into the parking lot - there were DOZENS I could not reach. Took some pix and posted to LI Fishing and other FB groups as a PSA. The flotsam I saw would hole your boat in a nanosecond. Decided to bail - will hope for Sunday.
Glad you watched and yes a 34º feels-like temp on any center console calls for hand warmers. I still call it the LILCO stacks , is a dead end for debris and you'll see some large debris at times especially with these winds out of the North NW. I'm gonna text you to come join us on my boat the birds on bass is insane right now!
what jeti you spearfished

Been subscribed since the outset. Would love a sticker for my tow vehicle!
Thanks for listening and subscribing Frank. Shoot me your address in the memo on the form on our site sandcitycharter.com/contact/
I was out in my Sea Hunt 172 from 9:30am until 2:00pm, when I had to call it a day to take the grandkids Halloween Trick or Treating. Bite was on with porgy, but Black Sea Bass were all shorts. Didn't see any birds working anywhere - even with binoculars.
Classic oyster moment
Awesome podcast!! 👍🏻
Thanks for having me Cap!
I will be out day earlier lol
Was going to go out around Eatons neck on Thursday what tide has been better incoming or outgoing, or is it better to look for birds or other outside factors?
the outgoing has been more productive. But this time of the year i'd look for bird activity - catchem' up
Thumbs up counter not working??? Heading out to the Triangle from The Stacks this morning (Monday, 9/30/24) - hope it's not too snotty.
should be working Frank just posted this morning will check. Yeah its gusting to 14 out there I'm sure it will be a little snotty its still out of the east
@@GaigeIsFishing 100% correct. I live 3 minutes from Crab Meadow Beach. Looked surly, so I went to my ground game. Did a bunch of smooch and release (porgy) at Hobart Beach. Maybe Thursday for LIS?
Awesome show. Can’t wait for blackfish…..
Great Job... Wishing you great success... I will be following... liked/subscribed
lets gooooo
Liked and subbed! I'll be lookin' for you on the LI Sound! If an old geezer out of Northport siddles up to you to say hello on a 1999 Sea Hunt 172 - that's me!
