That will depend on the surgeon. In general, you want to have your surgical plan decided before your day of surgery.

It can! Mommy make over is a generic term, but usually means addressing the breast and the belly at the same time. So whatever that would mean for you whether a breast reduction, lift, and/or implants

You can do liposuction with saggy skin, but you will still be left with saggy skin afterwards. If you have overhanging skin, you will likely need a tummy tuck. But that is something that you can discuss with your surgeon.

Every surgeon will have their own BMI cutoffs for different procedures. You should discuss with your surgeon what their specific cutoffs are.

Drains usually come out between 7-10 days and usually don't have issues with causing infections. Sometimes it is actually better to use drains.

Hello Johnnie, I can't say for sure without assessing those areas. I would suggest reaching out to MIA and sharing photos of those areas for review. You can usually do 1 of two things based on your description. You can either lipo to reduce the fatty tissue around the dip or if you have enough fatty tissue elsewhere on your body, you can fat graft to plump out the dip. Hope this helps.

Cost varies in different parts of the country. Overall cost also depends on whether or not you need more than 1 fat grafting session, which is common. It could range from a few thousand dollars to more. Usually practices will have financing options for patients. Downtime requirements will vary from surgeon to surgeon. In general expect to take at least 1 week off from work, but once you go back to work you will likely still have some activity restrictions for several weeks until healed.

Without being able to exam you it's hard to say exactly what you would need. But generally people with large breast sizes would benefit from either a lift or a reduction. If you are happy with your cup size, then doing a lift may give you the "fuller" appearance you are looking for by just repositioning your tissues higher up on your chest wall. You can also do a lift with an implant or fat grafting for even more fullness. To know for sure, you should schedule a consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss options!
