If you need to sell your property because it is no longer affordable to be a landlord, how do you get your property back? It makes no sense that a landlord may be going bankrupt paying high interest rates (thanks to the government) and cannot get their flat back

Hey piers great video, I just got off the phone with a landlord and they turned me down saying that their mortgage policy doesn’t allow company lets. Is this a dead end? Or is there still room to negotiate and if so how would I?

I am a cleaning, maintance and lawncare plus on call for any issues for other properties already. Not sure how to contract this or charge plus setting up to start my 1st cohosting property. I wonder how these hosts manage guest expectations with such unique properties. It must be a challenge to ensure guests understand what they’re booking while still maintaining the ‘wow’ factor. I love it how piers also explains the calendar along with the review, its like mini tips. Awesome 😍

As a host, I’m curious how do these Airbnb owners manage maintenance and upkeep? I imagine some of these places would be tough to maintain. Any insights from other hosts?

Some of these places look like safety hazards waiting to happen. That Missile Silo? Anyone staying there, I hope you got strong insurance. I’d rather not take the risk.

These are so cool, but I wonder how eco-friendly some of these Airbnbs are. I’d love to see more of these crazy stays that mix sustainable practices. luxury and nature can definitely go hand in hand!
