That's not a 140 Powerhead, a 140 has a Big Bubble Bulge on the Exhaust Cover between the Port and Starboard Cylinders. You have either a 115 or a 90

Youre gonna need to fix more than the steering and 1 leak, that boat is in no shape to handle a 140hp motor, in 7 years of sitting the hull will weaken, the torque of the motor could easily break or snap the transom when hitting the throttle. If its taking on water right away.... This would be a nice restoration project boat and motor, put about $4k into this (if the hull isnt totally comprimised) and once completed this should run 55mph all day long, the SST stainless prop is needed, couldnt tell whats on there now. Lots of potential here, when restored this would be a blast!!
