    Exactly! I been with my so for 22 going on 23 years. Been married for 16 years. He hasn't done any work, only read a couple chapters in a book, only watches podcast sometimes after I dig to find one and send to him. He won't do any work himself. But, he sits and tells me the same sentences and statements he has told me for our whole marriage, for the late 2 years since he was supposedly clean just to find out he wasnt and avoided sex with me for 1.5 years and kept telling me it's not me causing him not to be able to do anything in the bedroom and he wasn't doing anything himself anymore. Yeahhhh. All nothing but lies. He had been using our kids game system to look up his sites on instead of looking for a job at the time. That was it. I made the decision I am done and ready to divorce him and take my kids and go on by the first of March. I have nothing left in him. He's left me alone, ignored, lied to and betrayed for way too long but tells me it's cheating if I go elsewhere to have my needs met. No it's not, he's done the same for years knowing my boundaries, knowing he was ending his marriage, knowing he wasn't being a leader of a man in our family. So he keeps saying he ain't had any issues and just isn't doing it anymore cause he won't lose me or risk it lol yeah like he said for years. At this point I'm numb to him and what he had put me and the kids thru. I know what the next month will bring with no work on his end being done at all. Can't just say I'm not doing it anymore. Nope no work at all. Nothing I can lay eyes on that he has done while being lazy and throwing me away. So I'm walking away knowing I did far more than he ever attempted and I'll sleep fine from knowing that. I wish everyone luck with their situation. ❤

    Lord knows I want the change to happen in him but so many years of begging for him to give it up and choose me and our family but he never has. Just empty promises and swears to be different and not do it anymore while still lying. I have to take care of me now .

      @bmwboogies... I hope you were able to reach Dr. Toups. She came across my feed this morning on a search I was doing not related to AD. I just discovered her so I"m not entirely familiar with her obviously large body of work! Dr. Bredesen's work is breakthrough stuff! I discovered my paternal family side in my 40's and that sadly, up until my generation all have passed from Alzheimers. The family was asked to participate in a study some 20 yrs ago. I am 64 with no issues. A remarkable thing happened in early 2000's. I was made aware of a document written by an Alzheimer care home manage, RN, listing the astounding memory restoring results of 5 patients in the care home she manages in AZ, where I live. The benefit was first seen when one family brought the product to the care home for their loved one. NIH peer studies for this help are remarkably abundant for AD. It wasn't until 2 years ago that I searched for the most pure and effective product I could find because there was published an important quality control issue in the media in 2014 that I won't go into here. I now have 3 people who have taken it that hoped for the same result and received it. One of the people is my friend a retired geneticist, she is over the moon about it. I am not a troll, scammer, or weird person. If you would like the evidence for this and a couple Physicians who have been involved with it feel free to reach out on this thread. Dr. Bredesen's assistant Deidre reached out to me on Fb so I've updated her a couple times but I have not receive a reply. God bless you, Kari P.

  • @brandon1902
    @brandon1902 2 роки тому

    Why are you presenting p*rn addiction as an exclusively male issue, let alone one that is nearly ubiquitous among men? It' not like men consume it at 10x the rate as women, or even several time the rate. According to Google cookies linking p*rn consumption to social media, hence gender, about 30% of all traffic is consumed by women, and this is redundantly confirmed by polling, scientific studies measuring arous@l while showing various videos and so on. Additionally, women aren't consuming more realistic or vanilla material, and are actually consuming more extreme BDSM@, group and other problematic genres at higher rates than men. Additionally, women make up most of said 30/70 p*rn split by consuming er@tic novels like 50 shades at several times higher rates than men, while also reporting using fantasy at notably higher rates, which in the context of addiction is a distinction without a difference (imagined vs viewed er@tic scenarios, which are fundamentally the same and interchangeable). In fact, when studying addiction the male subjects top out at around 2-3 Os per day, while the female addicts average nearly a dozen, largely because men have stronger refractory periods and aren't capable of multi-O; while both groups are heavy p*rn consumers. And this disparity extends across the general population, with a much larger percentage of women than men reporting having spent the bulk of some days m@sturbating, or doing so for hours at a time while achieving multiple Os (something very few men do). Point being, while there are definitely husbands and male partners who have an addictions to p*rn this is anything but ubiquitous, and certainly not far more common among men (men consume only about 2x more video p*rn, and even this misrepresent the disparity because women a far more likely to consume imagined p*rn, aka fantasy, and er@tic novels, fan fiction... In short, in the general population p*rn addiction is no more a male issue than overeating, drinking... are. All these things affect the virtually the same percentage of women vs men in the general population (e.g. approximately equal obesity, alcoholism & p*rn consumption rates).

    Ive always wanted to do OMAD, been on Omeprazole for 27 and fed up of it and take only half the dose now BUT when shortening my feeding window it leaves my stomach with too long twidling its thumb as it were, i.e. it needs something to do, I have hiatal hernia (seems everybody has one nowadays a doctor told me) it seems that when I try the one meal a day mu throat hurts more and need to take some OTC reflux solution, maybe cause when I do eat I end up stuffing my mouth, I mean eating a lot or possibly it just seems this way as the stomach expands after shrinking, now I have to increase my reflux med in order to treat the damage caused by OMAD or even 16/6, 18/6 etc., I think that when you eat few smaller meals during the day you keep the stomach busy and acid/bile/pepsin is less likely to reflux

    If your heartburn is caused by a hiatal hernia, overeating is a big no no for the hernia and intermittent fasting can temp one to overeat sometimes, as Kylene said. That's what happen to me. I would try to get my proper amount of food in two meals instead of three and sometimes even one meal. A couple of weeks ago I really over did it and felt the hernia severely (not the heartburn though). For the hernia they recommend smaller more frequent meals which wouldn't seem to go along with intermittent fasting. That's how I ended up here. I'm thinking I may have been taking in more calories that I needed when intermittent fasting so I will try again to intermittent fast but I'll be careful not to overeat. Thanks for posting.

      Heartburn can be caused by not enough acid (try a few sips of pop), or too much stomach acid ( try a big glass of water) FYI, try the water first, give it 15-20 min for relief, if not, then try the pop (tastes better than ACV) Works for me, often I get heartburn just before bed (lie on your left side, it helps), hope this helps you too.

      Hi Erika! Everyone's experience with acid reflux is VERY different. It could be food sensitivities, lack of acid, or even h pylori, a bacterial stomach infection. I would recommend working with a practitioner to get to the bottom of it soon!
