One more reason Cinemax has always stomped HBO. Giving the people want they want - hit premieres, original movies/shows that were more popular, and even in darkness, CINEMAX still does it better, and makes HBO's dark prodcutions look like powers-on-paper-only. Better graphics, better feature presentation intros, better ratings bumpers, better networks voiceover (Tony Clark kicked butt). Much like how UPN stomped The WB in the ratings all 11 years. Cinemax always was prestigious with acclaimable shows like "Banshee" "Reel Life" > stupid "America Undercover"

The detail that N.A.T.O. allies airburst 3 nuclear weapons over invading Soviet troops (meaning they were detonated in midair to not cause so much damage except an EMP to knock out electronics, and killing them radiation sickness) was really the last straw. N.A.T.O. was doing that as a last chance warning for the Soviets to stop their invasion of West Germany, but the Soviets decided to retaliate with a full nuclear strike rather than stop to negotiate. Thus, if the west hadn't called their bluff like that, the troops would have kept advancing, but maybe the situation would have still been contained. But, not after they probably captured most if not, all of Germany.

Omg I always watched Disney movies like White Fang and The Rocketeer 😂 I miss those more wholesome days and the commercials 😊 3:14 see I miss family centered, genuine/warm interactions in commercials like this. The families in commercials now are so damn fake and annoying. Because of commercials like that I always imagined I’d have a nice wholesome family now.. but I don’t. Sigh, it was the goal. 😂

I watched it, and the next day, my music literature professor, who was born in Russia, brought some perspective to it and explained to us the reality of living in the world where the Soviet Union was spreading its virus of Marxism among humanity. The Soviet garbage can is gone, but the Russian threat remains. Kansas City is no longer a major target as the missiles located in Kansas, Arkansas and Missouri are gone. White men Air Force Base in Missouri still bases the B2‘s and Omaha is still a major Air Force Base.

Later on, feel free to eventually check your tapes and see if you can find any Indieplex, and Retroplex promo breaks, between April 3rd, 2006 to at least October 6th, 2013. They're channel relatives of Movieplex. The first movie to ever be shown on Indieplex was Paris, Texas (1984/85), while the first movie to be shown on Retroplex was Pickup on South Street (1953). I wonder if 4/03/2006 was also the exact day where Movieplex underwent a refresh, but I can't really say for sure, though. P.S. The Tonight schedule lineups of Movieplex, and Retroplex, they currently remain missing. If you can find the 2011?-2013? variant, though, I would appreciate it.

Do you have any Showtime Showcase promo breaks, between July 1st, 2001 to at least October 31st, 2006? The first version of their Feature Presentation bumper was used in the "early days" (July 2001 to approximately late-2002/early-2003). The earliest use of the second version of their Feature Presentation bumper: March 13th, 2003 (so far). During March/April 2003, they still used their Tonight schedule from July 2001. Not sure if they still used it, from 2004-06, though. "Tonight, on Showcase." - Male voiceover.

Update: The Flix weekend lineup was for October 6th/7th, 2007. Question: Do you have anymore FLIX promo breaks, way before and/or after October 2007? P.S. I believe this was also around the time Showtime Showcase likely underwent a refresh, or something.
