Winter is def spring prep. My bday is in the spring my new year starts in spring (close to Jesus real bday lol) so i prep in winter, get my foundation and shoot for my full productivity once the temp warms. January i take care of myself and love on myself. ❤ slow.

Girl, you spoke a whole word! I loved living abroad. It really is awesome both mentally and physically to live outside of the US. I am back in the US currently, but just this weekend, I had to put up a strong boundary with my brother and his kids. It is not my responsibility to take care of his kids (I’m Childfree) while he lays up on the phone all day. I will be putting myself first on weekends from now on. I cook during the week for everyone, because I enjoy doing it, and I gotta eat, too! But I have made it clear to him, that Friday-Sunday, it is HIS responsibility to cook for his kids, or buy them some food, or, just let them eat sandwiches with the sandwich meat that’s in there. I even let the boys know (they are teens) that they need to talk to their DAD if they are hungry on the weekends. My weekends are for rest. Don’t ask me for nothing.
