    An ounce of silver in Biblical days, was worth one weeks pay for Roman Soldiers, who were well paid.The average Americans income is $1,136.Therefore, one ounce of silver should be worth $1,136, plus inflation, so, I'd say silver should be over $2,000, the same as gold, if not for manipulation.

    The reason for that is simple: the stocks that you hold is as volatile when it's going down the same as when it's going up. So the 40% ROI can become a minus 50% next year. And unless you have the ability to accurately predict the market, buying gold and silver cheap when the market is booming is always a good insurance policy.

    Precious metals offer intrinsic value, stability during economic uncertainty, and diversification benefits, no doubt, but why choose that when the economy is riding on new corporate growths and breakthroughs? I wouldn't be putting capital to buy silver and gold if my stock portfolio can give me a 40% ROI.

      I agree. But you know not everybody has that expertise to choose the right stocks. Some may not choose good stocks, and you know that could be as bad as anything, except of course they hire a good financial advisor.

    • @FinnBraylon
      @FinnBraylon 19 днів тому

      Then hire a financial advisor? The logic is literally self explanatory. How do I make five figures from the market monthly passively? You think I have a PhD in economics or whatever degree you need to invest?

    Buying silver and gold is easy, but it is renowned for stability during economic hard times like this. The main problem is investing in stocks, dividends and even cryptocurrencies to grow your portfolio.... I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $190K for some time now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies ... I would greatly appreciate any suggestions

      Just try to diversify your portfolio to other market sectors, that way your portfolio is balanced and you don’t get to make so much losses. Also engage the services of a financial advisor to walk you through

    If I bet against the American Economy and won, i would invest heavily in train expansions. The losses of housing would make construction easier in undeserved areas, the completion of subway and high speed rail lines would b a bit cheaper and easier to finish early. Areas with a loss in resident population would make cut and cover or elevated train construction easier to use. This would be a perfect opportunity to spend money on sumthn that could stimulate economic growth and saves everyone's lives and careers in the long run. First train lines I would invest in with the US economy is Brightline West, HSR from Dallas to Houston, and CAHSR to reach nearer completion. Then I would invest in Subways for cities like Las Vegas, Baltimore, and Detroit. Baltimore deserves more subways like they originally planned to build. Detroit needs proper train infrastructure. Vegas is expanding, it's time their train infrastructure expands too. Afterwards I would invest in subway fixes and expansions in cities that already have subways. I would start with MBTA's power fix and restore services back to areas that were cut off in the Boston Area. Chicago should get sum extensions too. New York would prolly b last on my list cuz it's the biggest city in the US by population, but for NY I would invest in: 1. An elevated line and subway to LGA 2. A subway from Houston St and Worth St to S 4 St in Williamsburg 3. A 10 Ave station on the 7 train 4. A Nostrand Ave extension to Voorhies Ave mostly elevated 5. A grade separated L train in Canarsie with a provision for extension on ROW 6. A ressurected Myrtle Avenue Line elevated line made of concrete 7. A 2 track addition to 4 Ave subway south of 59 St 8. A Queens Superexpress line from 21 St-Queens Bridge to Forest Hills-71 Ave 9. The reactivation of Rockaway Beach Branch, local trains come from the Queens bypass line and express trains come from the QBL stopping at Fleet St, Aqueduct, and Broad Channel. 10. A 4-track 2 Avenue subway from 55 St to the Manhattan Bridge and Hanover Square; the segment in lower Manhattan would be cut and cover. Most of what I would do with the US economy would go to saving and expanding trains in the US cuz it would stimulate economic growth, create job opportunities, and reduce fossil fuels and pollution. I would start with other cities and make NY the final priority cuz I was born in NY and took the subway my whole life, and I have too many ideas for what I would do with the economy for that city. After subway expansion I would invest in demolishing highways that aren't needed and restoring half the neighborhoods that were destroyed by those converting the other half into boulevards.

      @Colbe-lx7fb Місяць тому

      I’ve been thinking the same thing. Sure, gold and silver might be great in times of uncertainty, but you can’t just put all your money in one basket. It’s about finding the right balance

    • @Bigwilli123
      @Bigwilli123 Місяць тому

      Exactly. Kiyosaki makes a good point, but for most of us, it’s not as simple as buying gold bars. You’ve got to know when to invest in metals, when to diversify into stocks, bonds, or even real estate.

    • @roseyfischer
      @roseyfischer Місяць тому

      That’s where having a solid portfolio strategy comes in. I actually started working with Joseph Nick Cahill few years back, and he’s really helped me figure out how much exposure I should have in things like gold and silver without ignoring other investment opportunities

    • @wineenthusiast-v4m
      @wineenthusiast-v4m Місяць тому

      Yeah, it's not just about piling into precious metals because someone says so, even if it’s Kiyosaki. Timing is key, and knowing when to pivot is where a good advisor really makes a difference
