I'm so sorry for your experience...and hope you enjoyed the whisky. In Nov 2021 I ordered 3 bottles of Sassenach Scotch Whisky. It could not be delivered to me in PA (import laws) from Scotland. I had it delivered to my cousin in Buffalo NY (3 hours drive 1 way) and I picked it up there. I was aware in advance that someone over 21 would have to sign for the delivery & specifically requested in BOLD instructions that a CALL BEFORE DELIVERY was required. It arrived in one box on the scheduled day & time. Totally satisfied & enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner with family in Buffalo ..... and YES: Buffalo Chicken wings taste better in Buffalo !! lol

BBB Has so many bad reviews for ReserveBar. It’s a shame too because they have such a nice selection. Maybe with time they will improve. Think I’ll try a small order and give them a chance.

Another viewer said they had a great experience recently - my experience was over a year ago, so they could have improved their business practices. Just keep an eye in your credit card statement and contact the company if you see any concerning activity :)
@@frystynal quick update! I ordered from them around a week ago? And it just came in today! They're still using the same not safe looking boxes (lol) but the alcohol is in this big and secure bubble (?) protector bag. Glad to see they've improved a lot! Thank you for your review video 😁
Just ordered 38 bottles of vs Hennessy and 10 bottles of vsop Hennessy for a wedding to my home in Illinois Monday and all was shipped today🙏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 they have gotten better
