Fantastic!
Sad I missed the concert, congratulations to the musicians
Fabulus thanks Lei Lei doooo
I much prefer Liszt's piano transcription to the orchestral original. You can hear every line clearly.
Especially with Sobolev's performance!
this guy always sounds like he is tryna murder the piano with volume
That was a really tiny saloon If it is played at concert hall, this voice is actually just enough.
Armchair critic. “This guy” is one of the best pianists performing today. Listen to his Rach 3. Amazing. Plus, he is one of the best Chopin interpreters out there.
Dmitry, tus interpretaciones son excelentes en lo técnico y además tenes un exquisito buen gusto. Gracias.
He took the exposition repeat! My goodness.
Where can you find the sheet music of this work
Gorgeous!
Wow! Excellent performance, dense yet transparent.
Someone please tume that piano
nice
For me, this is spirituality. Balshoi spasiba, Andrey
Bravo, this all Bach recital with Thai performers was one of your best!! All pieces were good and well played.
The best intepretation
That's a matter of opinion. Personally, I'll take Cyprien Katsaris' version any day.
Wow, Firebird on the piano, very well done!
Mitja exceptional, as always. Who's the shoeless guy on the right? Inadmissible during a performance of an international competition.
Shoes are inadmissible for the audience at Eelswamp.
I enjoy Rachmaninov.
Nice performance!! 👏👏
Played very virtuosically and sensitively. Thank you for the beautiful interpretations.
Beautiful rendition, flawless interpretation. Bravo!
this program demonstrated Andrey's ability to handle many types of music, without break between pieces, he moves from baroque to early romantic, to late romantic to classical romantic music, adjusting his playing accordingly, a testing program.
Bravo. Very nice rendition of this great masterpiece. I had never heard it in trio form and I’d say it allows the harp to shine even more. Well done all around.
Vielen herzlichen Dank für diese hervorragende Interpretation der Schubert Sonate. Es ist eine wahre Freude, dem wunderschönen Klavierspiel zuhören zu dürfen.
BRAVO!!!!
You are a fabulous musicien !!!
Bravo!!!
why are all people barefoot? except the pianist!
Asian custom. No shoes indoors. Pianist gets an exemption in order to operate the pedals.
@@eelswamp Ah Ok , I am quite sure in Corea Shishkin played without shoes....
Classical music has a unique ability to evoke a wide range of emotions with its rich harmonies and expressive dynamics. Whether it's the triumphant swell of a concerto or the melancholic strains of a nocturne, each piece carries a profound emotional resonance. It's as if the composers have left a piece of their own souls within the music, inviting listeners to experience the depth of human feeling in its purest form.
bravissimoooooooooo
❤The music of Faso is an inexhaustible source of sweetness. It allows us to plunge deep inside ourselves and at the same time resonate with our fellow man, Yé Lassina Coulibaly
Sounds super amazing awesome 😊
hell yeah!!!! ❤
It's such a fabulous performance.
It's almost like Liszt was looking down onto you while you were playing 🥹
Trop de pédale dans l'étude.
His performance of 110 was masterful
This I think gives a different perspective of (one of?) the greatest pieces of music ever written - I was moved to tears by the performance - how could anyone write such inspiring music - and how could anyone play all of the parts on one instrument so magnificently? Bravo, bravo, bravo!!!!!
He probably played it just like a practice in front of the audience before going to the Chopin Competition that was held the same year after this video was posted.
He tries too much. Let the music flow. The piano needs better voicing. The tone is too sharp.
This is wrong, that is wrong. This is why everyone loves bugs bunny more than you, Daffy Schmuck
I'm gonna go ahead and wager that the piano is probably a crap (subjective 3/10) that most pianists would struggle to make sound worthy of performances like this (4/10), and he's doing a pretty great job making it sound passable (7/10) at the sacrifice of being free to have his way with the music. So more to do with the piano than the pianist, but good experience playing in a challenging space nevertheless.
59:00 yes!
Starvinsky..no panache.Boring no end.
Beautiful Gregory, fantastic pace, i could feel Mozart playing it!!! Could you play the 2nd movement in piano Only, it is my best piace of composition. I love it !
-Всёёё😂
I appreciate Mr. Sobolev for playing this great piece and letting anyone see this beautiful rendition online.
thank you
