Practice by going on a camping trip on a major holiday weekend and driving 6-8 hours to a site. This will help identify preparation areas to improvement and how your family copes with the new adventures.

99.99% of the time you will only have to bug out for one or two days. So you need only enough to get you out of dodge for that time frame. You don't need 40 types of clothes, all your documents...Christ by the time you need to include every member of your family...we are fucked and you are better staying put! The guy really doesn't have a clue...you need an articulated lorry to carry this much

Diatomaceous earth there are two kinds food grade and regular. The food grade is more of a whitish grayish color and can be used to deworm yourself or your pets. Pets like dogs and cats. Also you can sprinkle it on the door jams and in the windows it will kill bugs as they crawl through it

I’ve been working on my rig and gear for three years now and I’m glad it’s becoming the in thing as mine will be done soon 😂 fully built out diesel hummer with an off grid 10x6 tiny home/bug out trailer. Wood stove, diesel heater, shore power, generator, solar, stocked food and water, stocked weapons and defence items, satellite internet, shower, kitchen, Murphy bed, 42 inch tv, pc, PlayStation, candle heating and a candle heater, oil heating and lighting lamps and oil, electric heater, stocked bar, fresh air heat exchanger, hummer is stocked with tools, spare tire, ram bar, winch, top rack, upgraded alternator, off road lights, ropes, tie straps, mounted ladder. I probably missed some stuff but that’s grunt of it in a nutshell. This hummer was parked on Wellington street during the freedom convoy and has sentimental value to me. 23 days I lived out of it with my ice tent beside me converted into a kitchen/warming stations for supporting civilians.

We had to bug out once! Not a major catastrophe, but it required a bug-out. Our house is surrounded by big heavy oak trees... regularly, a storm comes rolling through, nocking trees over. While our trees are deeply rooted, the vision of one of these very heavy trees falling on our house would surely destroy the home and kill everyone in it. So a typical autumn storm rolls along, and we did not feel safe in the house. The camper van was packed with all the essentials and ready to go, so we bugged out...500 yards down the road to safety. We slept comfortably, secure, that no tree will hit us, with line of sight to the house. Bugging out does not have to be the Zombie Apocalypse and we were happy that our camper could serve as a bug out vehicle.

General preparedness and knowing how to survive in emergencies is good, but fear is never a good guide! Without Jesus Christ we are all lost anyway, only His forgiveness for our sins can give us eternal life! We must recognize this, believe it and ask Him for it! The rapture and his return are approaching! Let's make a saving decision now! There is no natural climate change, only man-made geo-engineering disasters!

Most modern vehicles are useless anyway anyway. EMP attack which they are mentioning quite often makes them unusable anyway. Most electrical things will also be unusable. As it goes I do have one motorcycle that would still work as it uses points and condensors

There have been naturel disasters since the beginning of time and the climate has been changing since the beginning of time the continents are still moving the Earth's orbit is changing there is no such a thing as a stable climate and never has been, enjoy your time here while you can as it can end any time for any reason. Unless one has a secure bug out location or the skills to survive in the wild you are basically screwed so stay home and hope for the best.

1 gallon of water per person per day is NOT adequate. No less that 1.5 gallons or at least 2 GALLONS of water. REMEMBER! Not only will You be drinking water for hydration but also things like brushing your teeth and some minimal HYGIENE!! If You get transparent water containers then You will have to SHIELD them from the light. Better to get FOOD GRADE opaque water storage containers that You can stack. Thicker is BETTER! People talk about going to a grocery STORE during a black-out? THAT is NOT gonna WORK! The stores will be WITHOUT POWER TOO! Forget about BANKS! NO ATM'S! THINK, PEOPLE! NO POWER will shut down a lot of things....AND if it's an EMP, Your car probably WON'T work. If it does, what happens when You run out of fuel???
