Hello! I make pizza with one cup of flour. I used to make perogies on a regular basis a dozen for a meal with one cup of flour. I also make my own noodles as well. I spend alot of time making my own meals.

Wow! I thought I was baking a lot as an amateur until I found you. Do you roll the noodles by hand or with a pasta machine ?

@@WanderIshigaki I was thinking of getting a machine but, it does not matter what the noodles look like lol. All work is by hand here. I meant to say that the bag of flour weighs 22 lbs and that is how much weight I no longer carry around on my body now that I lost 22 lbs. That was something to think about.

Cuba is the cheapest 2 week sun vacation and I had been there 2 times in 15 years. I had negative travel experiences so I want to try again with my new knowledge. I am not a travel person, but so many people I know do nothing but travel. Life is passing me by. I do not own a car so I must reward myself somehow, and I had a passport for 10 years and never went anywhere, so with this new passport I will go somewhere while travel is still affordable, you never know what tomorrow may be?😀

I am retired from retail, my facebook has all the info. I share!😀

I had to get used to the new look that is so far from my old self. I decided that since Jesus had a beard that makes my decision solid! I messed up my phone by removing so much that I could not get anything done lol. I know what to do now so I have a stress free no roaming charges vacation! I will set it up just before I go on the plane and reset it when I get home. 😀

@ hahaha I know I’ve done that too - put all permissions off and then some apps don’t want to work when you need them quickly! I’m glad you’re keeping it, it adds character and stories besides add to your handsomeness 😉

Thanks! I leave on January 28th and hope to make it to Cuba at the stated time of 5:30pm. I am there for only 2 weeks which is plenty of time. I get 14 nights of sleep there! Most people go just for 1 week so I am luckier! 😀I should be fine on the sun part, I will get some here before I go and I have high sunscreen to use there.

@ Will be watching Christopher! When the beard gets a bit more length have a straight edge cut across the bottom so it grows longer spade shape. Think you would like that style. And of course you could also do a handlebar with the moustache.

@@Medomsley You must be a beard master? I watched some youtube videos on beards, the straight edge razor scares me lol. I use an electic to shave as I cut myself even with disposables. I should make a video on that lol.🤣

It only took 2 months to grow! It is the passport picture not matching is my main concern? They have that new technology with facial recognition and if that can still tell that it is me? I find it so much easier to have this beard than to do a clean shave every day.

I just checked out the Oxilates etc. I know I over do it in the processed flour. That would have to be something I really need to do less of. I heard gluten, wheat can cause so much damage to your digestive system, joints arthritis and inflammation. Flour is a cheap food that we eat when we are financially deprived? More fruits and vegetables for me!

This beard is new for me, and the gray was looking messy and made me look older. I am dying it now and I am happy with the outcome. One of my videos I talk about the complexion issue I had while starting this. Now I am to affraid to shave it off cause I will have acne like I did when I was 17.🤣

@Christopher-p7g yep I let Scruff on my face all the time because if I shave it curls back in and I get total acne face and it even makes my nose break out and I don't know why 20 when I shave completely and it gets really annoying when you're 53 and people treat you like you're 28 or something

@@AlpharedKanisTholiman I used to live in a colder climate and said if I ever lived on the west Coast I would do the polar swim! I don't have any friends to do these things with. So I just go alone.

I stayed undressed as long as possible that day. It is really cold out there.😀

I enjoy your enthusiasm and I am really impressed with you thanks for sharing, I went to Costa Rica a couple of years ago and got to the hotel on the beach at midnight and ran to the water and for some reason stripped absolutely completely and totally and had no idea where my clothes went because it was dark and floated in the ocean for all the entire night until sunrise it was amazing there was a moon out and I'd never been that far down into another hemisphere I was trying to rebirth myself but then you know that's what you have to do when you get to the Sea the next day I asked around and hadn't realized that nudity on the beach there wasn't accepted really at all LOL

I should of said that behind the Church is where the Beacon Hill park with the ducks and Squirrels are. In that direction I walk to the other beaches. My swim beach yesterday was in the East which you could not see in my video from my balcony.

The worst part was the wind and that I stayed undressed too long. My toes and fingers went numb and I felt really unstable walking and then biking. Next time I will get dressed right away.😀

Thank you! I had a great Christmas! I am eating Turkey 2 times a day! I walked for 2.5 hours on Christmas day in that powerful wind and rain. I was wondering what the beach is like where you are? It is 8c here and going to rain for most of the day.

Merrry Christmas! There used to be beachcombers that got paid to remove the logs like these but now they just lay there and this beach area with all the logs today normally has none? I wonder if the city will remove this extremely large amount from this storm? We have logging in BC so the forestry may be missing some profit this year lol. I just watched this video and I am starting to feel the turkey, it is making me really tired and after all the long walking.

@@Christopher-p7g That's a lot of wood. I am amazed to see someone doing kitesurfing with so many logs floating around. It must be challenging to focus on so many variables.

@@WanderIshigaki another reason we need beach combers to gather the hazards out in the water? That wind surfer, a little questionable in judgement? He is getting alot of attention though, I guess that is what matters lol. I am removing copyright from my marked videos...that is making me tired right now.

@Christopher-p7g the Guetto (ginger Shell) plant seems to be growing in tropical areas. I have never seen it on the Japanese mainland either. No house to protect, no Shisa

I just enjoyed the clear sky, with all the lights of wonder! The bright star is normally Venus but I just googled to confirm and it says on December 21 the brightest star is called Regulus the brightest star in the constellation LEO? Thanks to Google we both can learn lol.😁

As for entertainment, I took my daughter to feed alpacas and goats and it was meant to include a hot chocolate but they didn’t have due to miscommunication, the weather was horrible and windy so we lasted a whole 20 minutes outside and the tickets were £15 (at 40% discount) now I know why they discount it in the winter! 😅

When I was 27 I started tying a long scarf around my hips and waist, I had the pain back then too in winter. I lived in extreme cold climate so the scarf help with wind up my coat as well. Now I just decided to wrap the scarf around my waist again and it gives me just the support I need to bend and walk freely? I was 172 lbs earlier this year and now I am 158 so losing weight is also helping! I am glad you enjoyed the windy ocean, again it may be even windier on Sunday so I may go back!😀

Thank you for watching this fun for me video! If I had my suit and towel I would of went in. The water and air were the same temperature so you would experience a warm sensation when you come out of the water! You blood etc really does wonders for you system. The cold water dips and swims are really popular here as it is a growing trend. I am as of late dealing with hip,joint pain? That could be why I did not even consider taking the towel etc. I am reading up on the spiritual meaning of hip joint pain. Having to do with the inablity to move forward in life? Also how it is connected to my mother and her mother etc? Maybe I should just shake it off and do the cold water plunge lol.😀

That looks like a tractor trailer with the tractor and a smaller additon behind with all the people, nobody got hurt so that is good. My phone is just the phone, I have a safe case nothing else.
