This was a Wausau home house build. All the walls are pre fabed in a factory and set in place in sections on the build set. Doors and windows already installed. A crew of 3 guys 1 crane operator and a couple of the truck drivers to help guide things into place. All done in 3 days.

1 year ago started the project of building our house. This is some footage of when top soil was being stripped.

Worked on spreading out top soil with the Cat 953. Then used our Farmall M to drag it around. Next will get the box blade to finalize final grade. Install some irrigation just around the house. Then a goal of spreading seed this fall.

Spreading black dirt on top of clay. Getting ready for finish grade for lawn. Will spread and drag once things are more level. Skid loader is currently out of commission so using what works for now. Waiting on patios to get concrete poured also.
