The housing market is absolute crap and 75% of the jobs in the US are barely enough to pay a mortgage and there's almost no way you're saving 5% down which on average, 5 percent is 15k. I just bought a house with a VA loan, the minimum interest was 7.5% for a 2000 square foot piece of junk house that cost 175k and took 2 months of work before me and my family could move in. I make about 4600 a month and could BARELY afford that

I adore when Editors do this. In Premeire you can even set clips like this in their own little sequence as you remove them from the project and line them up like this as you work. Its goofy, but not any extra work, honestly. Literally the difference between a button press and a mouse drag. Video editors are supposed to make the video come out the way their client thought they did it. But their clients are human and have flaws. A good video editor's work will seem simple and easy. Some editors do this as proof of how much work went into even short clips. Each of those breaths were cut at miliseconds before they began speaking and if done correctly, will make even the most stilted lines feel like a flowing story. Its hard to show without little collections like this because its meant to be invisible.

Thanks for posting. My brother wants to buy a 2nd home on Oahu. I told him the Big Island has more bang for the buck. It seems like $1.2 million (his budget) on Oahu gets you a nice small home. The Big Island a nice home with a $1,000,000 view. I had a question if you can help me out. Other than the airport and stadium area, what other areas should I not look at as someone from the mainland? Or maybe, what areas should I do some research on? Mahalo!
