If you have a normal aspect ratio then the video is letterboxed, it is hardly a "tiny sliver".

Some people do, it offers a more cinematic experience. You can zoom in on the video back to normal resolution if you didn't know that!

Unfortunately, the Range makes them unreliable paired with poor shot-speed. Mod shards boost the range from 1,700m to 3,000m and the Shot-Speed from 1,133 to 6,297

​@Mossy09 yeah I have modshards for that reason (4 mod and 2 reg I think?) but the mods usually get obliterated by glaives

Being able to walk around an abandoned spacestation in search for data, materials or cargo sounds cool. Too bad Frontier didn't think of that (or are unable to make such gameplay elements). I mean, all things considered, as sad as it is that Frontier's track record of additional gameplay is rather lackluster, I have to admit: I've poured almost 500hours into this game and haven't regretted a single minute. So even if they fail to deliver on some of the DLCs, it's still one of the best space-sims ever made in my eyes. It's just such a shame, it could be even better.

Doubtful. Fdev are in full control of the expansion rate of the thotgoids. They won't risk the pve/pvp players stopping playing. I am 99% certain none of what we do to stop the invasion will actually matter. Because half way through the year they'll just introduce the Guardians back or introduce some new tech that can "end" the invasion and they'll just turn the expansion mechanic off.

@@garethlawton5278 Of course they are, but still. FDev have said themselves if the player base didn't put up a serious counter-offensive, the Thargoids could theoretically consume the entire Bubble. Including Shinrarta Dezra. So being doubtful is fine, but don't think it cannot happen.

No, it has no hearts but it will emit a pulse that will destroy guardian tech within 20 seconds, so you gotta be fast killing it! Also if you can manage to scan it, it has human modules on it!

You find them in Non-Human threat level 4 if you look in the panel it should have a salvage symbol next to it!
