I almost got the Mars tail lights because I thought the same thing. However, there is a difference.. the Mars don’t synchronize the inside light(trunk side) to the outside (rear fender) lights and the Varis ones do. To most people that wouldn’t bother them, but to me, it was worth paying the extra money to have the entire tail light illuminate when I press the brakes

Those tailights are very common. (Like a lot of other parts lol) I plan on sticking with the stock tails. Great video man, looking forward to more content.

@luisruizz_ id say so too ima have to do that my next service. I change mine out once a year but I use motul 75w but I get issues with stationary issues where it's hard to get into gear

Man you sure know how to make a guy feel better about his times 😂 The car has a few bolt-ons with a custom tune and my tuner told me I was pushing around 320 to the wheels give or take 🤷🏽‍♂️

@@luisruizz_ With your modifications I'm certain you would hit 13's in cooler temperatures. Just to give some perspective, my completely stock 2012 Infiniti G37 Sedan 7AT ran a best of 13.77@101.53 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in December of 2023 when the DA was around 1900ft. I've always been a fan of Evo's IX/X as they are incredible performance platforms.

@@RogerPiz no problem! well, if you bought a new catch can from MAPerformance it should have came with both fittings so that it could work with either plastic or metal valve covers but if you got your oil catch can secondhand or used, then you might need to contact MAPerformance and they’ll send you the exact fitting that you need for your plastic valve cover 👍🏽

Just look at it this way.. it doesn’t hurt the car to have one, (I’d rather have it and never use it, than need it and not have it.)

That’s a great question! No, it’s not used oil. That oil is coming from the oil catch can. If I did not have a catch can, the inside of the engine would slower start to get dirty by releasing that oil into the intake where it doesn’t belong

Dunno what the channel owner did if anything, but I know basically all VW's and Audi's would definately benefit from this.
