It's a little bit hard but basically you put your finger or thumb on the joystick that is on the left side of the controller, then you have to like move it forward with your finger but really fast and keep doing that many times to dash

ok so basically when you use the second portal move called parallel escape. When you use that ability there's an aura around you that looks like ultra instinct. So to do the glitch, you gotta get lucky while using the ability like maybe a laggy server could work. That will give you the aura forever until you use the ability again or if you die/reset. It doesn't make you invisible forever though.
