Haven’t tried Jo malone, but I do own salty waves and I own montagne’s clone of Pacific rock moss and they are basically identical. So maybe salty waves is a clone of goldfield and banks’ Pacific rock moss? As far as salty waves, I get around 7-8 hours on my skin, but I agree that the scent is more closer to the skin. It’s more subtle but there’s a reliable scent bubble. You for sure aren’t going to fill a room with this, but if someone comes close to you or are walking behind you, they will pick it up.
