How often do you do this?
I found two-three times a week after getting in from work helps the most, maybe more after recent weather change.
How long you had your dreads . I can't wait till I see my hair start to grow like that. I'm black / African when will i see more changes in my dreads?
I have had my locs for about 3 years, I've seen a lot of change over time. I believe it depends are your hair type and the size of your loc, I would definitely seek a loctation help just once if your worried, one visit helped me for sure.
I use rose water with glycerin in my locs. I use wild growth oil to seal in the rose water basically everyday. My locs and scalp dry out almost immediately so wetting them everyday is a must.
I get that, when I moved to wintery area I had to up my oil routine to an everyday routine. Listening to your locs is everything

New subbie here! I will be 2 years Locd in March, and I am kinda of shocked at my current length. I know it has grown and is much fuller, but I also have 4C hair and experience shrinkage, and I feel like I still haven't been shocked enough to be past my "normal" 4C length. Hope that makes sense. My question is how do you use the Mielle oil? For scalp and shaft, and how often. I am going to incorporate the WCO method because I also bleached my Locs at home around my one year mark. Thanks in advance :)
Hey! Thank you subscribing! So for the Mielle oil I used strictly on my scalp every two days unless I felt a little too oily. And then I'll used Argan and Avocado oil on the rest of my locs. But I saw the most hair growth from brushing my locs after the WCO method. Hope that helps and thanks again fro subscribing!
When making a vision board do you only have to look at the physical part life - that's what what you need or desire in life.? I would like to tell us about the spiritual part of it because I think we have yo balance both sides because the life we live is both spiritual and physical and so amazingly Most people only talk about one side of it, which is the physical part yet the spiritual part is also paramount because this has to be the fore most ( spreme / reign over the other)
I will definitely cover my experience or books that I read for balance and loving the spiritual part of life and vision boards! Thank you for asking!

13:25 - your retwists really last 3 to 5 weeks? How? Lol. My retwist last maybe 1 week, and that's if I'm barely moving. 🙃😄😄
Hey So I used Joie Naturals MyGel (Extra Hold) if I can find it. And then I won't wet my locs for the first week after the retwist and I notice the retwist will last a bit more. Hope that helps!

Projectile diarrhea happened to mine also. It was after a grooming appointment at Petco. I have a stash of tablets rx by the vet (but you can also get them online) on hand in case it happens again. I am terrified to take mine back to an in shop groomer because of this. It lasted for weeks!🤪
That’s so smart! I’m lucky cause my vet is so close that if he does have diarrhea I can just run across the street for pills 😅 It’s definitely a scary time when projectile diarrhea come around!
