Kaks kangist tõmbamist on ühe inimese kogus kohviube. Idee kohaselt peaks kinnituma köögikapi ukse külge. Selle kapi kus kohviube ja jahvatajat hoitakse. Geneva rataste peale on graveeritud numbrid nullist üheksani, ja klaasi peal on ringid kust numbreid lugeda tuleb. www.upload.ee/image/1936898/31122011645.jpg www.upload.ee/image/1936897/31122011642.jpg

See on lihtsalt üks näide kuidas G-koodi mudimise oskus võib elu lihtsamaks teha. Videost on välja jäetud 3D-dxf'i konvertimine läbi Acis formaadi, selle leiab 3D joone videost. *Minu esimene õppevideo. *Kolmnurga kohta tegi Robert hea tähelepaneku, et kui on 30 kraadine täisnurkne kolmnurk, siis küljed suhtuvad 1 ; 2 ja ruutjuur 3.

Stirling engine running on liquid nitrogen

In first third I show my engine running on liquid nitrogen, then running on candles. In the last part, this is my marble stirling, the key element in the design is the membrane, it has a precice tuned rigidness that forces the engine to be in one position or the other (similar to a keyboard key).

      🔴 What Is Islam? 🔴 Islam is not just another religion. 🔵 It is the same message preached by Moses, Jesus and Abraham. 🔴 Islam literally means ‘submission to God’ and it teaches us to have a direct relationship with God. 🔵 It reminds us that since God created us, no one should be worshipped except God alone. 🔴 It also teaches that God is nothing like a human being or like anything that we can imagine. 🌍 The concept of God is summarized in the Quran as: 📖 { “Say, He is God, the One. he just showed 3 sides being milled, he did show the part where he heated up the metal and slipped the ball inside like they do with wooden one's carved by hand. This is totally a Joke, no need to comment on it. Nice Weld Job man! ;)

  • @jadoncramer6512
    @jadoncramer6512 8 років тому

    Funny thing about the comment section, it looks like half the people have never done anything that they were paying for themselves. Go ahead spend an extra 50 hours to make a better finish. This guy obviously knows how to use the program and it looks to be on his own personal cnc. If he wanted a better finish he could have easily got it. I think its neat to see someone doing something for fun. Its about how much time do you have to spend on it. I can do amazing things on a fantastic machine but it takes an amazing person to do amazing things when working with limited time and money. Good job man

    Surface Finnish is appalling you need vastly reduce the step over distance and use a much smaller ball noise...Although really it should be machined on 5axis trunnion so you can control the TCP to keep the cutter engaged.

    • @StirlinguMihkel
      @StirlinguMihkel 9 років тому

      Frank R. Pilot I think you mean, how do I position every side in correct place.... Well, as the material gets smaller when sides facing the jaws are milled, the only way to do it is in machine control. I gently touch the milled side with the endmill and calculate the distance to center. At the time of the video, I did not have a touch probe.

    This is remarkable! I have the same mill, also retrofit to run off mach3 but I can't seem to get anywhere near the quality of finish on this part. My spindle also suffers from excessive spindle chatter when I use a long bits.

    • @ChrisHarmon1
      @ChrisHarmon1 8 років тому

      Agreed the finish is awesome. I was convinced that the bridgeport/clones might make a suitable garage CNC vs a Tormach but after seeing your reply I'm worried this one might have modded ways ect. I would love to hear rrom the OP on the details of this machine.

  • @parameter1509
    @parameter1509 10 років тому

    wireframe milling, wich cam software? if you could hold the sphere ,maybe soft jaws, the quality of the surface of the sphere would be better, because it is more unstable after each side is being milled.. still a good job :D

    I have been struggling with the function of Sterling Engines for a long time, thinking the displacer piston was also doing work, while the power piston was pushing the air back and forth. I completely ignored the Ideal gas law in all of this and was thinking it was simply heat rising from the bottom pushing the displacer up. I had everything completely backward. Thank you Mikhel for explaining this in this manner. A light turned on in my mind and I completely understood the function of a Sterling Engine.

      ⚠️ God has said in the Quran: 🔵 { O mankind, worship your Lord, who created you and those before you, that you may become righteous - ( 2:21 ) 🔴 [He] who made for you the earth a bed [spread out] and the sky a ceiling and sent down from the sky, rain and brought forth thereby fruits as provision for you. So do not attribute to Allah equals while you know [that there is nothing similar to Him]. ( 2:22 ) 🔵 And if you are in doubt about what We have sent down upon Our Servant [Muhammad], then produce a surah the like thereof and call upon your witnesses other than Allah, if you should be truthful. ( 2:23 ) 🔴 But if you do not - and you will never be able to - then fear the Fire, whose fuel is men and stones, prepared for the disbelievers.( 2:24 ) 🔵 And give good tidings to those who believe and do righteous deeds that they will have gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow. Whenever they are provided with a provision of fruit therefrom, they will say, "This is what we were provided with before." And it is given to them in likeness. And they will have therein purified spouses, and they will abide therein eternally. ( 2:25 ) ⚠️ Quran
