I think the Huge Mess items are really cool in terms of level design and it's easy to forget about them as a speedrunner. Obviously books and towels are really boring on their own but having a whole set of rooms that can be in 8 different states (well, 4 states I guess for the paths you can't backtrack through) and having them all individually make sense as screens is really neat. I don't play mods much so I don't know if people make levels around this mechanic but I think more advanced puzzles involving these could get pretty wild. (It's kinda the worst part of any% but that must be for other reasons since when following a route this mechanic basically doesn't exist... it's always weird to see how the rooms look in casual runs or ARB.)

On the thumbnail you rotated the right facing dash assist arrow multiple times instead of using the normal textures. smh leaving a dislike.

Just got my first 37. The grind continues.

Here are some tips for people who didn’t really understand it: super dash is easier when you jump only a little so jump for like a couple frame and then dash into the ground, Hyper dash helps to know that you crouch after dashing then jump. Idk reverses. Wave dash is jump AND LITERALLY like 2 frames after jumping dash and press jump, continue doing this and you get a wave dash It may not be they way he explained it but it’s the way i do it and it works!

Sometimes I see them mess up thinking I might be better but then realizing even with all the mistakes they are still twice as fast than me 😢

Wow nice, those fast arps sound really clean. I think what you said about the journey is true, something like this would be a great piece for practicing a bunch of different techniques. I've learned some parts of Ressurections and it's been really good practice adapting something written on keyboard or piano roll to guitar. Looking forward to what you put out next.
