@_hilina_ Hey Ms.Hilina,I came across your video on my timeline. I to had REALLY BAD HEAT DAMAGE,and it shedded really bad and I was able to nurse it back to health w/my “ride or die”BOMB products that work really well(and less expensive) ,are the Aphogee 2-Step Protein Treatment,The Keratin and Green Tea Restructurizer Spray ,Leave-In Conditioner and The Keratin 2Minute Restructurizer(If you would want to start a smaller treatment for 1st time protein in your hair)I would suggest using that one first. Also hot oil treatments mixed w/some essential oils, that I mixed were Jamaican Black Castor Oil,and Olive Oil w/some essential oils like rosemary, tea tree, peppermint & lemongrass(This combo is Bomb girrl!) 😉 🎉and Deep Condition 1time a week w/ur fav conditioner(Shea Moisture JBCO is Really good). My hair really flourished w/ some TLC,these products and weekly routine.Bonus, also I used Rosemary Water weekly(Spray ur hair with it,right before you use ur other leave-in & stylers)Take care,I hope it helps.God bless!😊

Amazon/AWS has a program called TechU where they take people (without out much experience or degree requirement) and train them while paying them big bucks. I recommend you look up "AWS TechU" - they may not be open for applications year round though. There are many ways to become one there isn't one path, good luck and let us know how it pans out!
