What makes it a smart home? The finishing looks cheap. It is truly ridiculous the asking price for these prefab houses. Mom is soo right. You get the sense that each developer is racing to get the most money for very little. Because it has solar panel that's what makes it smart? Really? Do better! The price is equivalent to a US 200k house. This development is not worth it for me.

In my experience a smart house includes energy efficiency as well as the inclusion of technology for simplifying and elevating lifestyle The only thing I can spot is the solar element which you can build in over time and not spend that much.
