      @@michaelhanrahanmoore1622 well I would very much like to finish recording the ring cycle myself (and to conduct it, naturally) but as you know, it's not the shortest piece, so it will still take me some time. However I'm looking at Lohengrin currently (I have already recorded some of it, and it is up on the channel). I'm grateful for every engaged listener, regardless of whether they sing along or not.

    That haunting introduction is what captivated me. I listened regularly to that LP(with the room well lighted). To this day I marvel at the glorious beauty of Mozart’s last masterpiece. PWG

    Though my acclimation to the Requiem introduction was lengthy--I had never heard music so dark yet magnetic beautiful. I fell in awesome love with it almost immediately. Mozart circumscribed his last hours with his consummate testament. I hope it’s performed again at Meyerhoff Hall. PWG

      Interpretation, and because I was preparing it for a singer who preferred it even faster, so this was my compromise tempo. You can change the playback speed to .75x

      I suspect it is the arrangement, and this being the accompaniment, perhaps the Saxophone doesn't play it above.
