I believe decision makers can intentionally support young people Social Emotional learning by using books, planning activities, coaching on the spot, giving effective praise, modeling appropriate behaviors, and providing cues towards digital learning platform. And Social Emotional learning skills are invaluable for young people, at school, home and in life because skills like recognizing managing emotions, controlling impulses, communicating effectively, and working with others have a positive effect on overall well-being. Because young people need to demonstrate empathy, compassion, respect, and intelligent behavior while navigating and making decisions towards digital engagement. Decision makers should create a supportive atmosphere for young people towards Social Emotional Learning and they should also share their life experiences for young people to learn from it. And they should give young people the opportunity to practice in order to figure out what they are struggling with and with the present and observant of the decision makers. Some Recommendations! - Through self-awareness, for instance suck like identifying emotions, recognizing strengths and needs, and developing a growth mindset towards digital engagement. - Through self-management, such like managing emotions, controlling impulses, and setting goals. - Through social awareness, such like seeing things from other people's perspective, showing empathy, and appreciating diversity in digital engagements.
