Thank you. I’m trying to stay curious and taking the position of a lifelong learner bringing others along. Thank you for the compliment and for sharing.
Best Storyteller ever my sister
Interesting and very revealing. 😅😅❤
You had me dancing 😊
The best story teller of all times🤣🤣🤣
Awww! Thank you. I appreciate your presence here.
I know. It sent me back, too.😊
Never heard that before, with regards to Nursery Rhymes. A well known Calypsonians debunked what they were trying to teach us,so made our own to reinforce Topics that were being taught
😅😅😅🇬🇾👍
What an inspiring story! I have shared it with my student teachers who are now entering or completing Cyril Potter College.
Thank you. I never even thought about sharing it there. Thanks much.
Thank you for sharing.
I like what you said about "baking powder ".That's why I did not marry anyone from my village. You're quite right "blow pickney"😂😢😅🤣👏.My dear Sister sometime it is not the men to be blamed because of situ.some women went to get help & end up with picket. My mom used to say 'you take man money u get to give honey Talk half and left half.
I love your drive and resilience
Great video! appreciate the way how you incorporate our long lost folk tales with the reality of life.
More to come!
Interesting BUT they are dark sides that happened and covered down. There is nothing New under the Sun.,my Sister
Very much under cover, but so is life. All these stories create this colorful thing called life.
😂😂😂👍👏🤣
"Pick sense outta nonsense" thanks for this story!!!
❤ very inspiring.
Thank you so much!
Hello to Eustace Burrowed.👍👍👏
Thanks for coming
U r such an inspiration
You are a strong will woman who knewwhat you wanted and the Obstacles that presented to you, provided Opportunities to Succeed. Kudos to you my fellow Buxtonian.🇬🇾 Keep Our Golden Arrowhead flying around the world.
Great that was "heart warming" amd most touching when you mentioned, you wished your mother and father were there at your graduation.
You've described Seaton Griffith aptly,Dr.P.Baird.
What a Recollection. I can't stop smiling when names like Mother Flossy ,a well known Herbalist who helped many people. 😅😅
She is unforgettable.
My dear Sister Dr.P.Baird you probably saw the negative in his statement but I feel he meant that having graduated from GSA,you should have applied to be enrolled at the University of Guyana. Never mind you have come out"bat in Hand.By the way what of your eldest sister Gem Murray?
You know, I never saw it that way. Teacher Hector Lee used to tell me I didn't belong to his lessons. I used to get offended, but he said it so often, and it got my attention. Now you have to wait for the next part!
Yes, Gem is my older sister.
You are such an inspiration great video!!
Some obstacles make way for Opportunities. 👍👏
We meet people for a reason, a season or for a lifetime
Thanks for the food for thought
Beautiful. I like your honesty and your openess. Very encouraging. Where is Hector Gill?
Thank you, cuz. When we don’t tell our truths, we make our family liars. About Hector: I’m not sure where he is. I think if seen him last early 2000s.
My memory was refreshed while I was working with my hands at home.
My cousin, as usual, I enjoy listening to your stories that are filled with good memories. I really love this one.
Mi famly da is quite an eye opener. To tink dat man lik-a da dos go ah chuch, mek mi belly grone.

Nice 😂 sister, keep we Guyanese culture up ❤❤❤
Never knew it was a game but among my siblings and I when it comes to sharing anything there was definitely a half and a bigger half😂😂😂
🇸🇷🇸🇷🇸🇷🇸🇷🇸🇷🇸🇷 😂😂😂
Writing stabilises a language. It gives it portability over the generations. It is probably why our ancestors developed writing systems, for they have realised that oral transmissions easily modify the true intent of a statement and events modify events based on the commentator.
I have a question do we have Guyanese Japanese descendants?
Thanks for asking. I am not of Japanese descent. For others-- I really don't know.
Big up my Guyanese
Yaaaay!
