    to use section editor, you must have the surface in plant display off, and unload all the xref in the drawing; this is the best way to get the most speed. Regards

    Dear Mr. Sharafat I have a problem in civil 3D. I have a natural ground (surface), and a planar sloped surface which intersects the natural ground, the intersection trace is a 3D polyline. I want to create another surface from a known depth on the planar surface with a known fixed slope up to intersect the natural ground. Physically, the planar surface is the downstream face of a retaining wall that goes a certain depth into the ground and the last planar surface is the sloped face of foundation excavation. I hope I have explained my problem clearly. I need your valuable hints to solve the problem. Please note that the natural ground is not horizontal, but a hilly terrain. Best regards. Nasser

    Sinto dizer que esse calculo de volume está errado! Pois quando há mais uma curva de nível, o valor é calculado errado. Por exemplo: 198 volume correto 200 volume correto 202 volume errado 202 volume errado 202 volume errado 204 volume errado 204 volume errado . . .

    when i import the points from csv to civil 3d points data are change from origional its diferent northong easting and elevation while csv file are the different

      May be u r choosing different format..select same format of PNEZ or PENZ like this, it should be same for file and import

      You can select any scale according to your requirements then it will adjust sections views.
