Josiah is wise beyond his years. A lot of the advice he gave is advise I either mentor my team on or have learned from my leaders. All much more seasoned in these senior leader roles. Ha! Ha!

So important to know each other's strengths and weaknesses, as well as have open communication and focus on alignment. Helping each other grow and be better partners to each other is just like the relationship with your spouse or significant other. There will be disagreements but taking the time to understand each other's point of view and be willing to communicate is essential. Love what you guys are doing!

It is so important to carefully understand pros and cons of any new path or process. When Jamil speaks about half of the founders agreed to scale and the others thought the plan was asinine, it seems like they did not let the numbers answer the question. Numbers never lie and emotions do more often than not. A SWOT analysis may have helped with the decision too. Helena, you asked some great questions to help you and John better understand the steps you may need to take. You also spoke to how focused Astro Flipping is and how everyone doing the same thing makes it easier to collaborate. Being in Subto the last 2 years, I completely get this. I wish I had joined Astro 2 years ago, I would have been much further along with accomplishing my why and would avoided much of the shiny object syndrome. 😐
