Does the bolt multiplier even work?

I went once and it worked amazingly, but now when I go back there aren’t any boxes! Do you know why that might be or how to get them back?

Or you could just alternate between redoing Quartu, Drek’s Fleet, and Hoven. (Quartu gives you 2-3 thousand bolts if you leave the enemies alive until the part with Giant Clank)

After cheesing in Blackwater in Ratchet and Clank 1 like 8-12 years ago and deleting a 680 Trophy PSN account in shame, I am proud to say that I have done Plat Trophy on Ratchet and Clank and almost done with Ratchet and clank 2 legit now, and will proceed with 3rd one later for nostalgia :D However, I was curious if someone found a way in this game (since tbh I wont be needing it, the crystals in desert and ice map will give 2000010 bolts (if not 200020) so I should be able to find a good grind spot legit later on when finishing the ice one ( did the desert one for now and need around 3-4 m bolts for all the rest off upgrades most likely ) However, playing trough the game will give me alot too and my idea for grinding is the planet where the prototype first appears, after the climb where there are 4 spawners and 3 robots, that should be pretty good with 20x multiplier to rinse and repeat with the sheepinator 😎 Now that I put the effort into making this comment and finally redeeming myself for my pas mistakes and soon more :D I wonder What is ur favorite Ratchet and Clank and why? also what is ur opinion on the fact u can easily get ( SPOILER ALER UNDER ) RYNO AMMO FROM CRATES?! OH HELL YEAH, SO MUCH FUN (IF U ASK ME :D) - will suck to resist it while grinding the upgrades on all weapons trophy though, but I Will resist it fine :P Have a good day, and enjoy the fun with Ratchet and Clank 😎

Escape the water slums mission was designed to be a hoverboard mission. Fighting you're way out is truly way too difficult and was made that difficult on purpose. The fault lies with the game as it does not make it clear that is what you're supposed to do. But the game never made it 100% clear when you were meant to use the hoverboard. You just had to work it out. Good times

I'm getting A LOT MORE BOLTS, like 30/40 bolts every second doing it on the stream version of the game. My hypotesis is that it's because i'm on PS5 so the boxes are spawning a lot faster

14:47 Apparently, Crush and Nigel were originally going to be playable and there were going to be at least two or three levels where we could play as Nigel on land. It's a bummer because those characters definitely would've been fun to play as.

I like jak 1 only. And even that game has a major crappy thing: low health bar and basically zero checkpoints. Also they put enemies next to bottomless pits constantly and jak bumps into death if you dont hit those enemies correctly. Now repeat the last 10 min. Again.

Only played a handful of games when I was a kid, all on Nintendo. Just got a PS2 and Ratchet and Clank is the first game I’m playing on it. The game has been a blast but this workaround was so fun to execute. It’s my first time exploiting a loophole in a game like this and I like that it doesn’t necessarily feel like ‘cheating’. It’s not just punching in a code and getting infinite bolts, you still have to work for it and leave your console running quite a while. Low key giddy to wake up to untold riches.

There’s just one problem. When you’re nearing the end of the game, and you go back to Rilgar to bolt farm those boxes on the top ramp for whatever reason don’t spawn in.
