it's disheartening to continually watch these videos & see tourists complain or feel they are being scam for paying a small fee for parking their bikes/motor bikes. it's like 40 cents a bike for parking, but that fee is also for someone to watch over your bike. it's like that throughout vietnam. bike/motor bike theft exists there. so be appreciative someone is watching your property for a nominal fee.
