Well I’m 61 now and all the ‘greats’ are either dead or on the verge of passing or had life shortening diseases, that i followed as a teenager. Olivia in Grease, Xanadu, Michael J Fox ‘Back to the Future’, Freddie mercury ‘Queen’- whom i seen 3 times and didn’t know the last time would be the *last*.so it goes on. I’m now on the back run of my life. It highlights how short life really is and only when your older do you appreciate it. Family members die, mums and dads die. Great memories are all that’s left. I hate to think what this generation will have left since it’s all digital and nothing physical. Hey, ho.

She was an earth angel.

I saw her on the Johnny Carson show a long time ago. She sang "I honestly Love You". That was like back in the seventies you know and TV was pretty straight. Remember thinking man does she ever have nerve. Just singing in front of that many people! When I was real little and I didn't have any money, I used to listen to my sister's records and she had "have you never been mellow". She really was a good singer. I hope my head banging friends aren't reading this!
