I just personally prefer Zylok Prime (with the Incarnon adapter). My reasons are: A) It one shots all of the Eidolon Limbs with one of the two binary trigger shots and is very forgiving of not using a volt shield, not armor stripping, etc. B) Each time I click, it fires two shots due to the binary trigger, so it's like it has an innate multishot of 2, multiplicative with multishot mods. This is nice for procing fire rate arcanes when I'm doing a meme run of a primary weapon, like in this hunt. C) It one shots the lure. Sounds dumb, but at this point, the lures are crit immune and do not take increased damage multipliers by matching elements, so they actually have gotten kind of ridiculously tanky for their level. All that said... Incarnon Sicarus Prime might be my new favorite, but we'll just have to see what it's like after the bugfix/nerf on it.

Yes, it does. The idea was because they wanted the update to be new player friendly, so they gave it a powerful serration mod that is cheap to upgrade. No worries, we all make mistakes (and I sure did in the first set of this hunt...). Your content is wonderful, keep up the great work 🙏

I'm doing it to proc Arcane Acceleration. This one of the things I like about Zylok Prime, that each time you click, it fires two shots, so you get a lot of chances to proc the arcane. I also like Strun Prime partly because each of the shotgun pellets has its own chance to proc Arcane Velocity.

I renamed my mote amp to "Dog Scat" 🤣 Pretty much ANY other amp is a worthwhile upgrade, even a 111 (all the tier 1 parts from Quill Onko) is worth building as soon as you can.

I have no idea what the fuck they were thinking giving us that as the starter, it felt so garbage and when you do make a decent one, you pretty much can solo all 3 eidolons on your own reliably if you got a decent frame and weapon. it honestly turned me off form eidolon hunting when they released because i was literally dead weight taking down their shields in a group

@@killerguy127 Yeah... Ideally the other amps should be a noticable upgrade, but the mote anp should not feel useless like it does.

Personally, I hunt in squads and stand back far enough that I have a good line of sight to each limb. But some weapons with a wide plasma ball of damage, like this, arca plasmor, and catchmoon, seem to register as hitting ONLY the first bit if the eidolon that any part of the fat plasma ball touches, resulting in no damage registered to the synnovia.

K-Drive does make you immune to the Eidolon's attacks, but I am doing it to keep my companion from dying, and to get some energy for my Warframe by doing tricks (from the Juice mod). My Warframe is surviving mostly due to the Umbral set mods, Wisp's vitality mote, and Rolling Guard.

Usually Baro ends up bringing these Tennocon drops like 6 months or so later. That's what happened with Vastilok and Gotva Prime.

No... The reason that I might shoot the vom that is not tethered first, would be to spam multiple shots on it, to charge my incarcon meter. But you only get one charge per vom either way. The only way to get multiple charges out of one vom, is to use Ivara - you can pickpocket the vom. You can then get 3 charges from each vom! If I remember the mechanism correctly, I think it was that when you pickpocket it, your frame absorbs one charge, and a charge drops on the ground, AND you can also shoot the vom while tethered for a third charge. It's a fairly chill and fun thing to play around with.

SP Void Cascade fissures get you among the most plat per hour of any of the content in the game. That said, if you do a lot of eidolons, you'll have plenty of plat as well. Since it would be even more efficient to get paid for something IRL and buy plat, I suggest you do what you enjoy. Generally, the most effective way to farm for an arcane in game is to farm it directly from one of the sources that directly rewards it, or to farm up things that can be sold for a lot of plat, and sell for plat and buy the arcanes. Arcane dissolution is extremely inefficient, and just a useful thing to do with arcanes that you are not even going to bother selling.

Blue and orange. All my fashion is blue and orange, for all my frames, weapons, companions, operator, railjack... everything. That way everything matches. Anything else is white, black, or some shade of grey.

It's not an exploit, it's just a way of ensuring that the game behaves consistently. But yeah... I wish the game just behaved consistently without needing to do such highly specific things 😅

Muhahahaha!... Have you seen the Staticor hunt? The Ivara Aegrit hunt? The Arquebex hunt? The hunt where I did a different QC each set? The hunts where I went from rank 0 weapons to fully forma'd builds using only eidolon hunts to level them up? 😁

Volts 2 affects archwing speed

In addition to volt's 2 boosting my speed, I also have a Wisp Haste mote, Hyperion Thrusters on my archwing build, and Amalgam Serration. Volt and wisp are doing the overwhelming majority of the speed boost.

Yeah... if that would happen in like 3 sets in a night cycle due to the host playing on internet cafe wifi in Vietnam (I'm in NA)... then yeah... that would be pretty irritating. And embarrassing. Hypothetically. 😅😂😭

Most weapons that have good crit stats and decent base damage are viable for eidolon meme runs. Especially the primaries, due to the purple archon shards for Primary Electricity damage.

​@@xxexodusxx6727 Whoever told you that is either confused or lying, you have to break the shields with your operator first before you can destroy the limbs, and lastly the body with your weapon. This guys teammates are the people breaking the shields for them. Sometimes in solo runs you might find that they destroy the limbs with their operator, but that's because they have the right buffs and build that it'd just be faster than switching to your warframe lol yknow?

@xxexodusxx6727 I think it could be Xata's Whisper subsumed onto their Volt. It applies void damage to your weapons.

Hehehe. Personally, I love how eidolons are like a chill speedrun. Like, you do not have to be anything like frame perfect to just do 6x3's, but you do need some discipline in your mechanics and choice to be sufficiently time efficient, and I love that tension - tense enough to be exciting, but flexible enough to still be fun. Forgiving of a limited number of mistakes, but far from infinitely forgiving.

If only the smaller sentients would rush to the eidolon's aide, healing it 🙄

There is a setting, on pc at least, where you can highlight all enemies with any color you want. The setting is in the "Accessibility" tab. Chose some color you can live with, which has high contrast against the grass in the Plains of Eidolon.

Just to be clear, there are certainly other weapons that do the job better. But, the point of my videos, as I see it, is to demonstrate that there are a LOT of very viable options, so you can feel free to use what suits your preferences. And it's an opportunity to see demonstrations of how they perform when min-maxed. My favorites now, after the lure crit immunity change and Helminth Eclipse nerf, are Perigale, Strun Prime, Zylok Prime, and Twin Grakatas. But 100%, feel free to experiment and have fun!

It seems like most people do it solo now. It just feels empty and lonely to me doing it solo. And I get more fire rate and more buffs in a squad too 😁 For me it's just more fun this way.

The damage attenuation of Eidolons just doesn't change very much at all with fire rate. I don't think I've ever heard that fire rate affect Eidolon attenuation at all. But it is relatively easy to one shot Eidolons, so it's largely about one shotting at the highest fire rate possible. Or if you can't one shot, obviously more fire rate means faster limb break times. The Eidolon's HEALTH has optimal damage multipliers with Electricity damage. But Eidolons have Alloy armor which has optimal damage with Radiation. And the Radiation on Alloy armor multiplier is larger than the Electricity on health multiplier (and also Radiation damage ignores 75% of the alloy armor). So... the best damage with your guns is achieved by stripping almost all of the armor but not all, and using Radiation. All that said, a lot of people will just strip all the armor because it's less fussy to do, and because your amp does more damage with full strip.

Hehe I saw this question in khyuz0's too. At that spawn, the voms spawn at the top of a nearby tree instead, and that includes the "+1" vom. And yeah the pickups often fly far away. You should use vaccuum and fetch because there is no longer any reason not to. Also you can jump up toward the limb just after breaking it in the hopes of grabbing some pickups. Failing that, there are always energy pads and ammo pads.

@@eboomer Oh im sorry I just been having bad luck getting responses from youtubers lately so I was trying a shotgun approach to this question as its made me extra bitter because it killed my almost certain very first 6x3. I renamed it at the kitgun vender in Fortuna. I add things like mk1 to the names of all the eidolon gear that I use a lot. In addition to being cheeky, it also just helps me grab the right copy of it (I have 2 or 3 different twin grakatas and maybe 4 Rubico Primes for instance).

I am proc'ing Arcane Acceleration. This is one of the main reasons I use Twin Grakatas when I'm doing a primary wepon meme run - it can reach 100% crit chance with a riven, has an innate multishot of 2, a really high fire rate, and it breaks limbs really well if I need that sometimes. It is so good, that just tapping the fire button for like maybe 0.1 seconds almost always proc's it.
