i watched him tell the story of cooyote and the monster to me and my classmates a couple days ago, and when he we got to the song part the whole class laughed

If I'm remembering correctly those graves in the back corner(behind the large monument) are those of German soldiers.

I grew up in Pennsville during the 60's-early 80's so needless to say I know this cemetery very well. I had a friend who lived in the house on the grounds because his dad was the caretaker for awhile during parts of the late 60's-mid 70's. I was in that house in '74 which wasn't long before his family moved back to Oklahoma. The parents of a guy I grew up with are buried in that section with the newer graves. I have two high school friends who are buried there as well. Yeah, it's so secluded,quiet and peaceful back there since it's surrounded by a game preserve...often the the only thing you hear when you're walking the grounds is a breeze whistling through the reeds which surround it. To this day I can't believe this cemetery was plastered all over the national news in '97 when Cunanan senselessly murdered caretaker William Reese. The odds of being murdered back there are slim to none...and yet it happened. That place is so secluded there was no logical reason for Cunanan to do what he did. He could've tied him up in the basement and by the time he was discovered Andrew would've been at least three hours away.

I remember visiting the trading post as a child.

That's a lot more sophisticated than our educators lead us to believe. It makes one wonder what else they built and how sophisticated their culture really was. We've been led to believe that ancient Americans were savage animals, and this definitely proves that they were farther along than we believe. I mean if you look at cultures in Europe from the same period, they weren't much farther along than this.
