Your explanation of the battle is great, but imho your strategy is kinda flawed? Especially if you are using iron mask. For me, he is the 'in your face' fighter. A lot of perfect dodges and counters; damage to the tail. And Law. He is critical for this fight; his combos with the others are frequent and deadly. Also his special overcharge move is frequent as well. I actually got rid of the dragon quite quickly, expecting a long drawn battle with the boss lady, but we all know where she ended up.

I was playing solo at lvl 28 and checking out weapons. I found a kobold and when I looked at it, it looks modded (center of SMG is missing) Have you seen anything like it? 🙄

I wasn't impressed by the Catatumbo in Chaos 10. (Redux) It's not garbage, but I expected more from a legendary. A purple Punctuator/Lewdite seemed to do more damage in sticky mode.

Shield and Blink with the recovery skill for the shield are a life saver in this game. Increase blink recovery to make it even better. Getting used to the colors was the hardest part. I’m 88% through and I’ve just mastered it. Going to do another play through with more skills and legendary weapons.

So what is the build?

Imo the best builds for Kensei armor are: Resolve Build Charm of Silence Charm of Resolve II 2x Charm of Fortunate Return 2x Charm of Fortune I don't have Iki Island yet so Sarugami armor will probably be the better armor for Resolve gains but I'd still use the same charm setup. The Resolve you gain back is so crazy that the only time you can be a bit starved for Resolve is in duels when you suck at Perfect Parry. Ghost Weapon Build Charm of Incineration Charm of Hidden Blades 2x Charm of Advantage Charm of Silence Charm of Enduring Affliction This build throws a Fire Cracker to gather up enemies, throws in a Black Powder Bomb and everything just dies. It's literally insane and in my opinion can be the most devastating build in the game if you're able to set up correctly. I literally oneshot everything with just one bomb and if anything survives throw the Kunai. Charm of Silence is flexible but this way you can also easily finish off enemies with Heavenly Strike and Dance of Wrath even though Ghost Weapons are your main focus. All Shall Burn Build (NG+) Charm of Incineration Charm of Blazing Flame (NG+) Charm of Steadfast Fire (NG+) 2x Charm of Advantage Charm of Enduring Affliction Ghost weapons count for fire attacks too so use Flaming Arrows, Explosive Arrows, Way of the Flame and Black Powder Bomb all the time. This is the most OP build imho and it can only be played in NG+. I also have a Fire Terrify build but that uses the Ghost Armor and does less damage but as soon as someone burns people get terrified like crazy.

Gosaku armor, you just need a stagger build and you go brrrrrrrrrrr on them mongols and strawhats Also level II Gosaku allowed me to get through the Kojiro quest on hard difficulty

You left out half the instructions. Before you do what you said, you first have to go up to the guard tower and unlock section 1. If you don't, the button in the security room doesn't do anything.
