I don't know if you even come on here anymore, i have a supersport xxl bought from bigtoysgreencountry and has a 14ah battery. I can't find replacement batteries anywhere! Do you know of any online retailers? Also, would the extra battery setup still work with 14ah batteries?

nice, wish I had found this tool yesterday :) I got my gear off, but the new motor doesn't have the grip marks on the shaft like the original did. The new gear is slightly too large because of this. Have a recommendation?

Turn it off, it will push much easier. I have had one of these for about 6 years now. It is still 24V. wait! You didn't even show us the speed at 48V? South Carolina, USA. Mine does about 9 MPH.

Awesome set up. Out of curiosity, what is the 12v converter, relay and fuse box all for? Are these necessary when just converting to 48v and upgrading the controller? I've been doing some research and rather than trial buying parts that may or may not work, trying to gain some knowledge on the upgrade. I've also come across a hand full of people who recommend VESC controllers (flipsky, or similar) vs your ebay/china style brushless controllers. I know the motors are 180w, but just don't want to purchase something that will over power / blow the motor. Any insights would be appreciated!

Can I use a usb dongle adapter?

Be very careful when buying this type of product. Theres two versions , one with standard "dual motors", and a premium "Brushless version" as shown in this video. The brushless version has disc brakes, differential, air filled tires.... the standard version is nowhere as good and drives like a cheap toy, very noisy, drives horribly. Hope this helps others. Its very confusing as often they are sold for the same price, yet the brushless version is usually almost twice the price.

Mine won't register. The light stops flashing but the remote won't work.

Nice video Quick question, my sons "Kingdom" 12v rideon tractor has 2 thermal fuses, 1 by the battery and the other, a smaller rated 4A behind the frd/rev and high/low speed switches, what is that smaller fuse for and can i replace both with a resettable fuse like you used? Also, do they both need to be thermal fuses just standard fuses like does used in automobiles? Thanks
