In this scenario Naruto would be young or a teen like that Whitebeard doesn’t age too much unless option 3 Sundae completely heals White Beard and when going back even older he is way closer to his Prime with a now older Naruto because let’s say the time in the ninja world flows different and they enter right after the time skip or a little before it.
