Garuda dulunya emang 5-star airlines. Seiring pandemi, pemerintah terpaksa menutup jalur penerbangan sehingga membuat maskapai-maskapai menurun perekonomiannya. Setelah covid, sangatlah susah untuk menggapai 5-satr airlines kemabli apalagi belum semua rute dibuka oleh Garuda. Rute internasional yang dulunya banyak, sekarang sangat sedikit. Mengapa saya naik Garuda, karena saya mendapat harga yang murah dengan meredeem Garudamiles, apalagi point kami sudah sangat banyak dan kalo gak diapke ya sia-sia. Masalah IFE menurut saya mungkin ekonominya, karena IFE sangatlah mahal, mungkin menjadi salah satu faktor tidak digantinya IFE.
