I experienced the same issue yesterday (Ng mag update at authenticate ako) after ma download ang mga songs sa phone ko, The app hangs up on the “New songs update” process. What I did was I used my old tablet with the old TJmedia app and redo the process. All goes well and updated successfully. Kaya Hindi na ako nag magmanual transfer Ng songs/file to USB flash drive to my Karaoke unit. I did the 12 months update on one REFEEL card.
