Don't get me wrong, I love what UO Outlands brings to the Ultima experience but if the OSI shards had the population of Outlands, Broadsword would shutter UO in under a month. The OSI shards are by far more populated than Outlands or any other free shard will ever be.

@DM_Wyvern there is absolutely no way that there is any UO server that has more population than Outlands. We are talking 2k to 6k people online. The fluctuations due to the constant events being held.

@@DM_Wyvern osi wouldn't reach a population of half of Outlands. And we are talking about individual IPs. Not alt characters.

@@Baraz_Red Luck of the Far Realms guarantees a critical hit, that meant I doubled both my weapon damage and my smite damage! 🤘

@@DM_Wyvern Doubles the base number of dice only actually, so you rolled well too! But what you say here is it may have been a "double Crit", which is a BG3 only thing :P (may not be what happened here, and I may have misunderstood. Critical Weapon + Smite is fine).

@@Baraz_Red Yes! That's what I meant! I didn't know that smite crits are only a BG3 thing, but they make the Paladin a top-tier burst damage class. ^_^

@@DM_Wyvern No, I am saying that doing Crit damage twice would be only in BG3. If your first roll was already a 20, we should not be using a feature to do another crit on top. BUT I guess it was just one Critical damage roll. * Smite 6d8 (becomes 12d8) * Hex 1d6 (becomes 2d6) * Greatsword 2d6 (becomes 4d6) * +5 Str let us presume.

I love UO and have giving this a shot but it's severely lacking of content. Not to just knock it like people do cause there not familier with UO and it's style but from a un biased position.

Hey Corey! Welcome back to Ultima Online! I hear your concerns but I am really happy with what I've experienced in the New Legacy shard. I feel the developers wanted to get the systems down for the NL seasonal shard and I think they've done a good job making character progression fun again. The real test will be the second season. I definitely would love to see more/new content for season 2 of the NL experience.

@@TerminalLanceGaming3051 they’re both big games! I’ve beaten BG1 back in the day, but I don't think I ever completed BG2. I think it would be fun to revisit them, seeing how you love BG3. ☺️
