☀️ Today is a day I have to say goodbye. Goodbye to my home for the last three years, to my city, to my country, but the hardest goodbye... to my family. As both, my husband and I, work in healthcare, we reached to a point where work was such a heavy burden, we were in a state of burnout and there was no one from the hospital to talk about it, no one who would do something. So, we decided to change the country, if we can't change the health system in ours. We left everything behind and started a new chapter, hopefully in a better environment.
☀️ Come with me to spend some cozy minutes in my company. Choose with me the books that will go with us in our new home, pack with me what else is left in the house and make some muffins for the last time in the place I called home for the last three years. I hope you’ll find the video enjoyable.

Hello! So glad you enjoyed it! ❤ I'll be happy to give you the recipe for the apple pie, but it's a bit tricky. I got it from my grandmother and she does not weight the ingredients. But I did something like this: 2 cups of flour, 3 tbs butter, 3 eggs, salt, 1 tsp baking powder and some milk if the dough is not firm. For apples I used sugar and cinnamon to my liking. If you'll try and make it, please make sure to let me know if it worked 🥧
