On the lyrics board 3:04 it’s clearly written my beautiful homeland „Nagchu“ but he changed the lyrics and sang „my beautiful homeland Tibet“. He wasn’t allowed to change the lyrics but he still changed it and sang it !!! He argued that why he wasn’t allowed to use word Tibet with the show programmers and afterwards he fell depressed and saw the reality. As for the protest against communist government and for freedom he self-immolated in front of the Potala Palace on February 25 2022. A week later he passed away from his injuries. He was 25 years old . RIP Cho Tsewang

I understand nothing but then I still understand especially the emotions. It deep even after knowing what he did not long after. I’m a Christian and I know God does not support self immolation but I still want to pray for his soul to be save cos he’s such a talent and he made a sacrifice to tell a story. Rip legend
