Literally happened to me and my brother after I restarted and he traded me a Luma Oceara so he could restart and play through with me. Anyone who says it doesn't happen is just lucky it hasn't happened to them yet. This company false banning and refusing to give a reason makes them so anti consumer that I cant recommend anyone touch their garbage with a ten foot pole. Wouldn't have believed it til it happened to me.
