Glad y'all liked it here. Great idea for the state to do. Everything you guys ride on is regular wv. We do that all over the state. Usually in a pick up and cooler full of adult beverages.

I remember working there over 25 years ago. It was definitely a party island. Many of the workers there came from all over the world to work the summer and stay in the dorms for the workers. Shoot even our employers would throw us a keg party from time to time at the dorm.

I didn't see any air conditioning units outside the cabins. I would need to have one air conditioned.

That's Lake Hotel. Lake Lodge is further down past Lake Hotel in the village and has the main Lodge (w no rooms) and the lodging there is all cabins.

I think that this was the snowstorm that contributed to the massive flooding later in the park that wiped out the road from Mammoth to Gardiner.

The rooms at the lodge are also real nice. I stayed there in June of 202 and all of the furnishing had been updated and refreshed earlier in the year. Food in the dining room was great, but very expensive.

Just seeing that makes me hungry
