What I think of my 034 Super. And small talk about it.
I really like that one. And the price
Only prunin saw little trees really.
Did that well fair bita hardwood.
Yer there lot cheaper than 201. An for me will work lighter few easy mods run heaps better. Thanks
I bought an 034 new in 1984 it came new with a 16” bar. I have two 034’s now one with a 18” bar the other with a 20” Can’t beat the power to weight ratio
Thanks for information here Puerto Rico hurricane season was thinking buying one costs bought $620 out door
I have two 034av saws, they have been excellent firewood saws for me over the past 30 years ..
PPE's? using a tophandle for working on the ground... At 4:37 you could've had a kick back (you can literally see the saw jump a little). Without PPE's the consequences can be disastrous.
Those are great saws, ive got a 034AV,I think mine is 57cc.
I have a Stihl MS 192 tc it had no fuel lines on it when I got it I ordered a kit but I don't know where they all go
I have a 192 TC it has no fuel lines on I need to know where they go
i have one its a nice saw, deff dont understand why i paid 500 dollars for it tho lol
I’m pretty sure, cuz I been watching.. the echo 2511 is a single ring non clamshell and it’s 3 pounds lighter than a Stihl 193/4. The 194 jug n slug will fit on a 193 it’s just a 1.5mm big bore so imo they are NOT “throw away saws”. The 190’s are clamshell not sure about the 150 but you can google eBay for your saws cylinder and find out. The 200/01 and the 355 are heavy to one hand and since most leads grown south to north you have to rotate the saw to crosscut. I can handle any top handle but it’s the rotating that’s starting to get me… so the little echo looks good because you can delete the base gasket etc etc. the little joncutters zenoah clones are clamshell “25.4cc” but I can’t find a weight comparison. But you can get 5 of them to ONE echo 2511. The 271 is cheaper but it’s a clam and I think the 355 is too. Not worth sacrificing a Stihl and their superior dealer network for imo. The 201 is an $800+ saw so unless you’re production most people don’t go for it because Stihl is obviously price gouging compared to the 200. If I got a g111 I’d put a meteor jug n slug stock av rubber and clamp bolt but by that time you’ve spent what you can get a used carb’d 200 for.
I use to have the 200t and I loved it. But these days I can't afford even a used Stihl Ms200t or a any new pro Stihl saw. So I bought a Farmatec G111, a clone of the 200t and I'm waiting for it to be shipped to me. I figure to replace any bad parts as I can with better parts(oem parts if possible). Fingers crossed that it doesn't need anything right away. Lol 🤞🙄 I also bought the 72cc saw the Neotec ns872 clone of the Stihl 038 magnum on sale for $250 counting tax. It will arrive around Wednesday. So my fingers are crossed for that saw too. 🙄🤞
As mentioned above or previously the 034 Super is exactly the same as the 036. 48mm piston/ 59cc. The 24” bar is pushing the saw’s capability in performance and especially the function of the bar oil system. If you like the 24” bar I would recommend a skip chain to keep the chain speed up! A 20” bar and .325 pitch chain is a great choice running at a 40:1 mix with a quality Jaso FD oil and premium fuel and of course tuned accordingly. The bottom end of these saws need the extra lubrication. Great saw and easy to work on with plenty of OEM and aftermarket parts available!
Good reviews! 😊
What bar is that?
The Stihl bar that came on it.
Hah what I ment was the number on it.
Thank you for sharing!! I still like the 201
Damn good saw,,got morexpower than the new ones
Where is made if you dont mind ?
I'd like to know how a 12" bar runs on this. I might get this thing tomorrow but I'd rather have the 151TC. But it's like $250 more than this but it's wayyyy lighter and smaller which is what I want
the saw would cut better without the spikes you can hear it labour which slows it down cheers
It’s not the spikes causing that it’s the operator. BELEVE me I’ve got two of these saws.
trosku ju dusi
Shele 180 best of best
So cute
Super za male pare
Having run t435s, t540, 193's, 201tcs, 194's, and my echo 355t, I would say the 194 is decent. If you are looking to get a topl handle that will do most everything alright, 194, t435, and echo 355t will all comfortably handle 14" chains, and in my experience, run without issues. The 194 is what the 193 should have been. As far as I'm concerned, the 193 (stock) is too heavy for how little power it has. You will not see me with one in a tree if there is any other top handle available, the only use I had for it was next to the chipper for making a small cut to get something through. If money is no object, of course get a 201 or t540. If you have a budget and need something that can do it all, just not as fast in larger wood the three I mentioned above will suite you just fine. I had already played with my echo before i ran a 194, however going off memory, I would give the echo a little advantage in power over the 194 and 435. If you have a good dealer near you, get the saw they sell. This is my 2 cents, having run all the above mentioned saws in pruning to large removals. When I had my stock echo and the company's 201t available, I didn't care which I had with me in the tree until I was making a lot of large cuts (13" and larger), then the 201 was better. Note: What I state above is referencing the saws in bone stock condition. From what I understand, they all benefit greatly from a muffler mod, and some from a timing advance. I've hear the 193 is actually a good saw if you do those simply mods. I would not recommend buying one unless you are planning to mod it.
Haw mach cast in Indian rupee s sir
that saw hasn't had enough fuel ran thru it and not enough cutting done for it to be broke all the way in yet. remove the spark arrestor, and muffler cover. re-tune the saw to run at higher RPMs, once u get that idle dialed in proper and u always have a sharp chain that thing out cuts a 193t all day
Постоянно забиваются опилки между звездой и лентой тормоза :(
Acabei de comprar a minha!. Thanks for the review.
Thanks for the review man. Not much out there on the 194t. I was on the fence between the 194, 201, and echo 355. Decided on the 194t and love it. I couldn’t justify the 201t for my use either and have 0 regrets going with this 194. It rips!
What type of chainsaw oil do you put? And ⛽️?
I think I’m using Echo Bar oil, and I run a 50:1 mix gas
That bars actually the right size. The math works out to 2.5 ccs to one inch of bar which with a 60 cc engine puts you exactly at 24.
034 is very good saw 👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks for sharing good saw! 👍🍻
No complaints with mine
Nice. I run the same saw, muffler mod, 16 inch narrow 43 ga bar no porting, no advance, 2 seasons on it. I use an Oregon R55 43 ga chain which has tiny teeth. Little beast. Cheap and light for my skinny arms. Thanks for the review.
Awesome saw bud love echo products myself. But ive been looking at the 2511t echo but ive been looking at the 201t and the 194t up in air still. But that thing rips.
I have one love it
awesome love this saw
Sweet saw I got one only cut a couple logs but its light weight that's good fo my back
Good saw (I have one). The 034av super is the same as the 036. Does the job!
I would throw that thing in the garbage and go buy me an Echo cs620p or 590 timberwolf!!!
Lol I throw those echos in the trash and get makitas
I'll Take it off your hands buddy
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 echo is trash compared to 034 lmao
@Autigers 2013 You don’t know a great saw when you see one , if you’re saying throw an AV034 super in the trash. LOL
I like that 🪚
I just bought this saw, does it come with a 'safety chain'? Can you upgrade to a full pro chain? I actually have a Husky 460 that I use for big logs like that, I'd never use this small saw for a big log like that. The 460 will cut through that log in about 1/4 the time but it sucks at limbs because its so heavy.
i bought one, and assumed they'd give me a proper chain, but if you don't specify, they'll default to hot garbage with the chain.. womp womp, beater chains
Yes you can. Oregon makes a nice chain for it. I used this log in order to strain the saw for demonstration purposes. Cheers
@@thescenicroute4712 in the states it illegal to sell a chainsaw without a safety chain
yep need a better volume on your audio,
i just paid 300 ebay used powerhead, no bar,im adding a 18 inch bar,3/8 chain .i also have the av super 034,which is my baby has felling spikes, and 20 in bar, learning to tune them ,fix them, and occasionally work them,im happy w my stihls,
update ,got my ebay saw took clutch off, oil line was melted ,those are difficult to get on the pump barb, but ill manage, inner side bar plate wore out,and chain guard bumpers missing ,...just normal for a abused saw,....back to new life
Personally I couldn't hear you in this vid.
Just wondering can I use a 10”. Or 12”. Bar and chain for this saw I just picked one of this chainsaw also what type of fuel ⛽️ do you recommend? The expensive one from the gasoline station just fill up a small 2 gallon tank or the stihl brand gas mix. Don’t know much about chainsaws . I will be mostly using it home use
It mainly depends on the gauge of chain you would like to run. Take a look at your owner’s manual, page 37. You can run a 10 and 12” bar with the 0.043” gauge, but only down to 12” with the 0.050” gauge and a 9 tooth sprocket. With the stock 7 tooth sprocket, you can run 10/12/14/16 inch bars. Just make sure you’re getting the appropriate chain (drive links) if you’re going to swap bars. And if you have an 8 tooth sprocket, you’re running 1/4” pitch and the appropriate bar lengths and chain dimensions are listed on page 37 as well. I use the motomix because i don’t run the saw every day and doing a 2 gallon mix myself would expire before i could use all of it. So i stick with the expensive ass motomix because it’s good for 2 years after opening and i don’t have to worry about unused 2 cycle gas. If you mix yourself, non-ethanol is ideal, at least 89 octane (or higher). Hit up youtube for some videos on proper storage of your saw while you’re at it. Hope this helps, let me know if i can help any further.
Sthil recommend 91 octane with Synthetic oil 2 cycle Sthil
