Это типа урок пайки? Т.к. микросхема не менялась на новую, видно по царапинам на микросхеме
Там дорожки уже залужены, установите икросхему. И запаяйте одну ногу . И с др края и пройдись припоем . Ну или пастой если у вас нет припоя .
да самая неэффектиная запайка в мире. просто поставь микруху, выровняй, припаяй одну ногу, выравняй, припаяй противоположную, а дальше паяльником легко и просто все остальные ноги. красиво, эфективно, соответсвует 3 классу ipc 610 который готов и для медицины, и для военных

Зачем счищать припой что бы снова его нанести
Старый припой без свинца и температура плавления очень высокая изза этого старый припой снимают и наносят более легкоплавкий.
Эта готовая плата стоит дешевле чем микросхема
