Welcome to our channel! We are so glad you're here!
We're Randy and Jamie Williams. In 2017, we sold everything and bought a Jayco Pinnacle 40' fifth wheel and Ram 3500 dually and set out to travel the country doing travel therapy.
We didn't know anything about RVing, but did it anyway. We ended up falling in love with RVing and traveling this beautiful country.
We traveled coast to coast 4 times and made more memories in a few years than we ever thought possible!
THEN COVID HIT!
There were no more therapy contracts for us and it made us pivot. We realized how important traveling was to us and wanted to figure out how to travel more and on our own terms.
We decided to give up travel therapy, sell our fifth wheel and dually, get a smaller set up so we can go on a Bucket List adventure!
We have learned so much since starting our RV life and we can't wait to share it all with you!
We'd love it if you would subscribe to our channel and join in our adventures!

Can you wash pants in this
Absolutely!
I love my 2 way propane fridge and i boondock full time for 3.5 mths each winter in AZ. I have 300 watts of solar on the roof and four 6v flooded batteries. Ive never run out of power. The biggest draw on power is the propane furnace which realy suprized me. I have a 2100 watt genset but have never needed it. My best add on other than solar is a macerator pump and portable poop tank. Game changer!! I often stay at one place for over a mth and i dont have to move the trailer to dump tanks. Ps my propane fridge runs forever on propane, very efficient.
That’s such great information! Thanks so much for sharing. We definitely need to do some mods to make this work better for us. Really appreciate your input.
Not bad, but your tutorial is missing an important step. Ever noticed that with automatic washing machines, after the wash cycle and before the rinse cycle starts, they run a spin cycle? This is not to dry the clothes, but to get as much dirty, soapy water out of the clothes as possible. So, to get your clothes the cleanest, you should add a spin cycle after the wash cycle.
Thanks for your input.
Thanks again for having us on!
Thanks for making it such a great time!
Don’t go here very dangerous gators will get you. Especially if you’re from New York.
Definitely keep away from gators.
How can I have it

Thanks so much! That means a lot!!
Thanks so much for being on the show, Jason & Jen! You guys shared so much valuable information and I learned a ton. I know our listeners will love this episode too. ❤️🙌🏻
I bought a new 2022 21DS in fall of 2021. Mine has the pull down shades instead of the blinds. I have placed two more if the solar panels on the roof across from the one that came with it. I changed the solar controller to a Victron and have two 206a SOK batteries that I relocated into the driver's side front storage area. With 570 watts of panels and the SOK batteries it can boondock with no problem for a long time even with the 12v fridge and watching TV for 3 or 4 hours at night. I also pit a 2200w inverter in it and can use the microwave too
Awesome!! You made some awesome upgrades! Thanks so much for sharing!
Thank you. I learned how to do these things and many other updates by watching Will Prowse videos for most of the solar and other stuff from UA-cam videos like yours. Most of it wasn't really difficult but was more figuring out the unexpected problems that sometimes came to be. I am more than willing to help anyone out if they want to know how I did it. I can also tell you other projects that I have done to improve the a/c, the water system and recently I installed a new controller that can charge either lithium or regular batteries when you have pedestal power.
Thank you so much! Do you have a UA-cam channel? Are you in the Mini Lite/Micro Lite Facebook group?
Just bought a 2016 2401s. Would love tips!
Congratulations! You’ll find tons of tips inside the Facebook group for Mini Lite owners. facebook.com/share/mWrcF9gWAk9CVMX8/?mibextid=K35XfP
He was sunbathing😊
She loves the sun! ❤️
Busted!! 😂
Exactly!! 🤣
Instead of dropping $900+ on a Solar Generator pick up a lithium RV Battery. Lots of options from cheap to spendy. Watch some UA-cam reviews. I like LiTime (I do not have an affiliation with them). I like it because the "mini" 100AH (1200 WH) is only 19lbs! The regular is "24.25" lbs! Then get an inverter and a power strip. These things are good for 3,000 to 5,000 charges! You will never use it enough to wear it out by charge cycles. The one Caveat is you have to buy or have a good Lithium Charger which can be in the $150 range. Once you have that you not only can charge all kinds of stuff and run pretty much any 12 Volt device direct or through the inverter... you have a GENUINE BACKUP for you main house battery. These things are so light you can take it into a Hotel Room and recharge or just recharge it from your Rig's AC outlet when you are attached to shore power. Nothing wrong with Portable Electric Generators... and they may have a few additional benefits... but if you do not want to spend so much just pick up a Lithium Backup Battery and an inverter. I have had no issues with mine now for about a year. So glad to dump the Lead Acid. If you use them as a house battery on older rigs they will charge but only to about 80%. So when I am on Shore Power I just have a switch to disconnect the Lithium and charge it with a stand alone charger. BTW My old Samlex pure sine wave 12c Volt inverter has been problem free for more than a decade. I have a cigarette lighter adapter and use it o charge low voltage devices in the cab as I drive. Do not overload the lighter adapter as they (or at least mine) is 10 amp so 120 watts max.
Its the canvas material they like. Every morning I come out of the house to leave for work our cat is sprawled out ontop of my soft top jeep as well.
They definitely love the material of the tonneau cover and how nice and warm it feels in the sun.
@@RoamInYourHome Like their own kitty heating pad.
How could you not pet the belly? Your resilience just be inhuman.
You must have never tried petting a cat’s belly because most hate it and will bite you.
I'll try and talk like your mom: do it slowly and be gentle.
Soaking up the sun.❤❤
She knows all the good spots! ❤️
The cover on the pickup is most likely nice and warm and this cat just trying to get some vitamin D.
There are 3 of them that love hanging out on the Jeep and know where all the warm spots are. They are adorable! ❤️
We can't wait to get back to the mountains! Beautiful! --Jen
We can’t wait either! It’s definitely our happy place! 🏔️
Looks like my kitten
She is super sweet!
The bed lid is probably warm from the sun, he is enjoying it very much.
They love napping wherever it’s warm. When we pull in, they jump up and lay on top of the hood because the engine is warm. Smart kitties!
My cat does the same
So cute!
Now That's a comfortable kitty!
She knows how to get comfy! 🤣❤️
Step away from the truck nothing going on here just chilling 😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹🐾😻😻
I know, right?! Haha! Wish I didn’t have to leave. She sure looked comfy! 🤣❤️
That is sweet!
Any excuse for a cheeseburger! 🤣❤️🍔

I felt so bad to scare her but couldn’t help but crack up! 🤣🤣❤️❤️
Super cute!

Hope you love Part 1 of this fun conversation! Jason & Jen were a blast to talk to. Hope to meet them in person one day! ❤️🙌🏻
Southern Utah
Utah is next on our list!
Great "how to" video, thanks. We just got our first small pull behind and decided to get a very similar washing machine (Auertech) on Amazon. The manual says to clean the overflow filter every 2 months but isn't clear on where it's located? So there's that. We are going to try the machine tonight in the shower. We are still in our sticks and bricks until July then the adventuring begins!!! Oh and I subscribed...we could always learn a thing or two. Adventure on!!!
Awesome! Happy Camping!
Looking to purchase a 2104s
Great! Wishing you the best!
Tip, leave the washing water in the machine left tub, this will stop it moving about when spin drying
Great tip! Thanks!
Awesome
Thanks so much for listening! Bryce & Chase were such great guests!
I really want this!! I’m so done with washer because they keep breaking on me smh! Only question I have is how does this washer handle washing towels?
It washes towels great, just only a couple at a time then need to hang dry.
@@RoamInYourHome ahh ok perfect! This is exactly what I need then! Thank you!
Thank you very much for this type of video. Planning on buying an RV soon. Trying to get as much as information as possible.

How is a 2020 worth just like the one you described?
Is 25000 a good price

Do the side straps scratch the truck paint at all ?
No, but we did order the strap covers that we will use, just in case.
@@RoamInYourHome that’s a good idea.. thank you

I'm having a problem hooking it up for the drain could you tell me how to hook it up and if it needs more holes I think it would be your responsibility to furnish that
My responsibility to furnish what? I am just reviewing my washer. If you have a problem with yours, contact the manufacturer or seller.
Been using it for years! Great!
Awesome! So glad you love yours too!
Does the Napier tent work with a roll up tonneau cover on the gladiator?
Yes, we have the roll up tonneau cover and it works great with the tent.
We bought the tents for our super duty, just need to get the mattress. Can’t wait to try it all out. Did you get the airbedz lite or heavy duty mattress? Looks like they are $100 different in price.
Didn’t know there was a choice. This is what we got. Don’t see where it mentions either. Hope you love your setup like we do. Is the dryer loud??
There is not a dryer, but there is a spinner that gets most of the water out of the clothes. If you watch the video, I do a sound check so you can hear how it sounds.
