When tasked with describing them, I said Agent Orange has the guitar licks of Dick Dale, the speed of the Dead Kennedys, the popiness of the Ramones, and the anger of Nirvana. Love this band.
The first time I heard Agent Orange was as a young teen in the 80s at my cousin's house. He was a skater all into his Powell Peralta board and he had Agent Orange "This Is The Voice" on cassette and would always play it outside while he thrashed on the sidewalk and stairs. I always have that memory whenever I hear Agent Orange.
I really think I was at this show, or one on the same tour. No joke. It was in the mid-late 80's at Mason Jar in Phoenix, AZ. Same awesome gear that I remember!
Strange, one of the best recorded (and with decent sound) punk live performance of all time, and only 55K views in eight years. Something is wrong with UA-cam's algorithms...
So Strange (0:18) Everything Turns Grey (2:34) Voices In The Night (4:52) The Last Goodbye (7:23) Bloodstains (10:25) ***Show ends by 12:25 and then audio of "A Cry For Help In A World Gone Mad" plays over a shitty screencap of the band. Mike Palm- Vocals + Guitar James Levesque- Bass Scott Miller- Drums
just wondering, was it during their hair metal scare years? I saw them unfortunately at that time. Fortunately, Mike came to, and cut his hair and they went back to punk around 92-ish if i recall.
@@adammwalch is what it is I was just fortunate enough to have some really Kool friends...Also sublime was playing house parties all over Long Beach...it was a super fun childhood for sure
That good good 👌🔥
Outstanding 😅 i met Mike and the band in 1987/88 cameo theatre miami. Best guys ever
Can you imagine playing spy hunter in an actual cabinet in an arcade as the music store next door blares Agent Orange "I kill spies"

back when punk bands bothered to play a song fully live without doing breaks and screaming like a banshee.
A country music fan unliked this. Or maybe it was the Polka King? It's awesome timeless footage
RIP James
Burglars were also on the bill that night... ha !
This was THE lineup. I saw them live only once, a few years after this, and it was pathetic.

My childhood... the soundtrack of my disaffection... and everything that made sense when nothing did. We are still out here

Agent Orange was the first punk band I was ever introduced to and my life hasn't been the same since
same! I just got an agent orange skate deck signed by Mike Palm a few weeks back.
