My heater will heat to 100 and shut down with E2 error code. Followed instructions by disconnecting and shutting down 10 minutes. Sent email with model number and PO number with no response ..

Unless you live in arizona we're the water out of the ground is 93 degrees it makes the hot water 120 degrees so right now it useless
