Chaplaincy Innovation Lab
United States
Приєднався 12 бер 2018
The Chaplaincy Innovation Lab is a think tank that supports research, teaching, and the provision of spiritual care in a range of settings. As the human spirit grows, changes and struggles, chaplains and spiritual care providers accompany people along the way. We gather and translate the research needed to support this work. Headquartered at Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, the Lab links people across the United States and around the world.

CPE was the most wasteful eight weeks of my life. It is centered on pop psychology and naval gazing, the founder was institutionalized more than one.
Great topic. #Youtoo🩷

What are the educational opportunities for chaplaincy
Chaplains can go through a month of training. Further education is possible. Often, chaplains are unpaid, but I think some are paid.
Ohhhh machaallah is very interesting
Nice, Chaplancy helps to solve spiritual illness and provide good mental health

Thank you for the Fletcher Harper Greenfaith and eco-chaplaincy references in the talk - I will definitely seek these folks out! Thanks!
Thank you Chaplaincy Innovation Lab for bringing these voices forward in conversation! Chaplaincy is continuing to evolve for me as I see the rich mosaic of the diversity of human experience that your series of Webinars is presenting to all who are interested in this field.
How can she be reached
This is a very inspiring talk…thank you for sharing this!
Most excellent video seminar from the 3 different perspectives of chaplaincy. I have served as a hospice chaplain for the past 10 years, and appreciate the focus on self - care and collaborative communities to support one another who are in the front lines of these services. Thank you for your attention to these matters before us. Thank you, CIL for your fine work, too! Much appreciated.
Thank you for your kind words, Jym!
Wonderful experience with trauma chaplaincy in trauma in a spiritual care.

Sampson did not escape captivity in Normandie. He was freed by troopers overrunning the area.
I am a Chaplain by calling, training (4 cpe units, and ongoing mentoring), and service (retired church pastor and still on-call rotation with our hospital). Husband and I relocated from So. California to Central Arkansas for semi-retirement. This group focused video touched me deeply. Might there be a way to multiply your program beyond your state, training and mentoring me and helpers here via Zoom, for a pilot program here?
Hi Rev Donna -- we recommend you get in touch with the Trauma Responsive Congregations Project, who can respond more directly: www.traumaresponsivecongregations.org/.
Zac, how sad that you would qualify or disqualify yourself according to your race, sex, and sexual persuasion. This really irritates me. There isn’t a segment of our society that hasn’t been infiltrated by this virus of fighting racism and sexism with racism and sexism. It’s doubly troubling that it pervades even spiritual spaces. You think your “being the change” when your just brainwashed by woke fascism.
Excellent discussion! Prof. Moses really nails it with the chaplains' sense of anxiousness about their own identity/contributions.
Thank you Rev. Bush for encouraging me and I completed four units and became an ordained Chaplain.
Wonderful to hear!
